The host could be a tad bit friendlier, but I wouldn't go so far as to say they were rude. The food portions are big, and they have a wide selection of items on the menu. I definitely would recommend you making a reservation on a busy weekend. The pasta I personally felt like was a bit too salty and was slightly undercooked. The burgers were pretty good and cooked to my liking. The chicken cutlets breaded crust looks a bit on the cheaper sand but it’s a franchise therefore I’m not going to expect super high-quality. This was my second time at a Cheesecake Factory. I visited a different location in late December. It was Friday night and was busy. I had to wait for a seat at the bar to open. I ordered the same thing as last time, fish and chips. Since it comes in a wire basket lined with parchment paper, I usually end up eating it with my hands and then using a fork only to eat the coleslaw. Whoever was doing the food prep that day forgot the dressing in the coleslaw or didn't put enough in.
