I am appalled by the service I just came in contact with. I called to ask one thing about my doordash order and was met with a worker who did not even care to talk to me respectfully. I understand not being able to do a task and being understaffed, but answering in a way like I did something to offend you, when I was completely respectful and nice, is not how it works.

NEVER COME HERE BEFORE WORK they take forever!!!! every morning whether there is a line or no line it takes 15 min or more just to get a donut

While the employees are generally nice I’m tired of getting “hot” drinks that are slightly above room temp. Idk what y’all are doing to the drinks when you make them but 78 degrees Fahrenheit isn’t considered hot by anyone.Literally just threw away the Chai Tea you just charged me for. I needed a hot drink on a cold day. Good thing Honeydews is on my way to work. Maybe they can figure it out.

Just had the best experience at the Dunkies on popes island in fairhaven. The gentleman that took our order was hilarious! Instantly turned our vanilla day into a colorful one! And the order was on point! Had to give him a shout out! Calvin Harris we’ll be back!!!

Idk how you messed up an iced black coffee but you did. Lady hands me it through the window, i proceed to take a sip of the most watered down musky bilge water, i look back at her, becayse she knows it sucks and she knows its the same grounds from yesterday and she says "im sorry"

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I would often hit the drive-through while the bridge was open. Now I won’t even bother. The last time I went, I asked for a breakfast taco with no bacon. They included the most burnt bacon I’ve ever seen. Today I stayed away from their food and got only coffee, the coffee taste like burnt dirt. The Last time I will roll the dice.

Worst place ever! No matter how many times I come here they either mess up, or take forever for an order. I just left there, wanted a large vanilla bean colada, I went inside to place my order, the woman messed it up, had to remake it again, and then the guy offered the woman behind me a free drink but not me even though I was there just as long and my order got messed up! Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. They really should just shut it down.

I asked for French Vanilla swirl they give me French vanilla coffee instead of the French vanilla shots I said liquid sugar they try to melt my sugar instead of giving me the pumps all this after the guy said he worked there for years I don't believe he's been doing anything right since then
