While the employees are generally nice I’m tired of getting “hot” drinks that are slightly above room temp. Idk what y’all are doing to the drinks when you make them but 78 degrees Fahrenheit isn’t considered hot by anyone.Literally just threw away the Chai Tea you just charged me for. I needed a hot drink on a cold day. Good thing Honeydews is on my way to work. Maybe they can figure it out.
Only come here if you have 30-45 min to kill. I come here often for I work nearby and every morning there is only 2 women behind the counter working both drive thru and counter and this is at 7 am.

I am appalled by the service I just came in contact with. I called to ask one thing about my doordash order and was met with a worker who did not even care to talk to me respectfully. I understand not being able to do a task and being understaffed, but answering in a way like I did something to offend you, when I was completely respectful and nice, is not how it works.
