I used to get my cinnamon crumpets from Trader Joe's, but TJ stopped selling them recently. I was heartbroken! (I know, I know, not a big deal in the big scheme of life) but I think I found them at Sharrock's Bakery..just placed an order, should show up in a few days, I'll let ya'll know how it turns out!

Although these are the ONLY crumpets I've ever had, they quickly became my favorite breakfast. I eat these several times a week, and now that I've learned that they are local, I'll be continuing (happily) to support their business. Way better than English muffins. Hard to describe but they are delicious. I toast in my Ninja Air Fryer for 3:30 on each side (flip over), then eat with butter and strawberry jam.
