Boston Sports Forever

Much better than the Seabrook NH one which is extremely dirty and employees are miserable and rude. The one in Newburyport is clean, nice people to deal with and hard working. Many people have stopped going to Paneras in Seabrook. As a Uber driver I hear everything from customers.

Major language barrier at this location! My first time reviewing on yelp. I tried on three occasions to call in a $300 order to only get a person who can't understand me,then hang up on me when I ask for someone who can. My daughter also has had issues calling and the phone just rings and never gets answered. She also has had her food on numerous occasions prepared wrong because of language barrier. I decided to go in last Saturday Oct 21 to place the $300 order for next day pickup and I mentioned the issues to management to be told I would have less of a issue if I go to your Seabrook location. Lost my business instantly.

Ordered from the window today 2:30PM 10/19/2023. Kid/man at the pickup window was a dink. No greeting, no thank you, no eye contact. Your bad day isn't my problem, for $35+ lunch for two in bag-- have a better attitude.

Terrible “customer service” with a self-proclaimed “supervisor” named Lori with the only skills of giving massive attitude and zero solutions to simple matters. For instance, our order was mixed up and Lori literally said to us: “Tough luck! Purchase it again if you want the correct order!!!!” How about Lori is fired and makes room for a skilled manager. Perhaps that is a more feasible solution.
