Sea Level is so great, just as high quality as the Salem counterpart. If you're craving seafood definitely go here. I was on the fence about getting the Poke bowl on their specials menu but I'm so glad I did get it, it really blew my mind!

This place has it all! Great ambiance, indoor and outdoor seating options, and plenty of parking. The menu is huge and the sushi is outstanding every time. I had the best cocktail-the honey bee. This is my third time here and it's great every time.

Two of us went for lunch - neither of us eats fish! - but it was highly recommended. One got a kale salad with chicken. I don't know why - she doesn't like kale! - but she raved about the salad. I got a BLT. I get 3 a year - and a BLT is a BLT...and often I'm disappointed, but this was delish! We were both hesitant to go given the heavy seafood presence, but we were delighted we did and will definitely return. Atmosphere not so great in winter, but service was very good. Yum!

They were out of scallops tuna and lobsters. Unbelievable that a seafood restaurant would be out of stock. Our wives had their heart set on the scallops. My salmon was outstanding an so were the calamari

So deelish! I have a business across the street (Cat Stevens Derby & Bridal Couture) and order once a week. Wow! Yummy burgers, crab cakes, fresh sushi, ice-cold oysters, you can't beat it! First-class staff and service! Today I ordered the Shrimp Scampi--- so good, flavors all work beautifully- enough for two meals! Chef's Kiss. Thanks Sea Level!

Great cocktails with freshly made mixers. Sushi is consistently good though pricey. Had the fish tacos and margherita pizza this time. Both were satisfactory but wouldn't order again. Tends to be loud but nearly all Newburyport restaurants lack ambiance where you can hear your table party well. Seems like a missed opportunity for a cozier atmosphere. I come here often and do like the food. Some dishes are better than others.

Sushi is best in town by a legit Sushi chef and we love the draw bar...had a great oyster experience this time, they were shucked and presented perfectly. We shared everything and had a couple fun cocktails to boot. My only issue is that the chairs for the high tops are are a bit low to sit/eat comfortably. Staff is pleasant and prompt.

I am not prepared to share an opinion about their food, because I did not order any. However, being honest and getting to the point, I did have a couple of refreshments one might call spiritual in nature. The person who prepared them obviously knew her stuff. ( I did catch that she was, in fact, female). I can't recall the name of the cocktail as I simply described to our waiter what I felt like having and he put a name to it, then returned with one of the best cocktails of similar nature that I've ever had. It was simply marvelous! I will surely be a returning customer each time I find myself this far north! Cheers to the bartender and to our waiter!Kid-friendliness: We had our dog alongside us and our servers were indeed friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

It was very busy on a warm February Saturday night so I give the restaurant wide birth! We had a 6:30 reservation and all the white fish was sold out except for trout (not our favorite). Waitress did the best she could but more attentiveness from her would've resulted in more food and drinks sold. We felt very hurried. We have been big fans since they opened. Will never return on a Saturday night at 6:30, lesson learned. But food was delicious as always, and we didn't have a long wait from the kitchen. Applaud the sushi offerings and expanded taco list, several of our party enjoyed them.

We recently ate dinner at Sea Level and we were very disappointed and we will not be back. The food is expensive and the food quality is very poor compared to the price. We would be willing to pay more for high quality food. We both ordered fried fish based dishes and the fried fish was raw and slimy. We also ordered sparkling beverages and they were delivered flat, the bartender should have noticed they were flat. We will not eat here again.

We ordered two orders of sushi one was a spicy crunchy tuna roll and the other was tuna and salmon with scallops and avocado and both were very good. We got an extra order of sushi after a waiter initially gave us the wrong order, so it was no charge. Good service and tasty sushi.

We love the Sea Level and have been there a few times, but we will probably go more since our membership to the Firehouse Theatre next door earns us a discount. Last night we started with cocktails; I had the sparkling cosmo and my husband had an old fashioned -- both were delicious. Then we moved to dinner. I had the pizza special which was chicken caesar salad on top of a pizza -- sounds weird and it was, a little, but very light and tasty. I meant to suggest they add anchovies! My husband had the salted caramel chicken sandwich which he said did not taste much like salted caramel but was delicious -- fries were also top notch. We also enjoyed two of their draft beer specials. Our server was attentive and friendly despite a pretty good crowd. Prices were reasonable. We'll definitely be back despite the many other choices in town.
