Cacao is the PERFECT place to press pause and spend a quiet moment with a cup of hot chocolate. The cafe is a beautiful homage to the cacao bean, ranging from its warm ambiance to their delectable bars, coffee, hot and cold beverages. Good customer service, too. We loved the classic and dulce de leche hot chocolates. YUM! Grab a seat to savor every bite and sip. If only Cacao was a little closer to home in NYC to become an integral part of my weekend routine.
I just happened upon this lovely shop today, on the rainiest of days, looking for something warm to drink. Not only did I get an exquisite pumpkin latte made with real pumpkin, I came away with beautiful hand-selected chocolates, a warm out of the oven, chocolate chip cookie, and other amazing treats! The staff could not be lovelier, nor more helpful. I cannot wait to bring others!

First time here. I happened to be in the area and I just ordered a cappuccino and pastry. From that small order alone I was impressed.The quality of the cappuccino and the coffee is fantastic and exactly what is lacking in many places in the US.The pastry was pretty good.
