Seriously bad service. Came to the table 3 times to confirm our order, and still never brought my son's meal. But brought a meal meant for another table. Told him it wasn't ours and he took it away, reminded him my son's meal had not come out yet. And it never did. Wife also asked for ketchup and it never came... Simply awful.

Nothing like showing up at 5:32 only to be told "we close at 6". I asked if that meant the kitchen was already closed and was told "let me check with the manager to see if we are still sitting people". Pretty poorly run place if they won't even sit you 30 minutes before closing. Good thing it is a chain and there are others we can visit. Just avoid this location if it is anywhere near closing time because there is more interest in going home than serving food.

Bertuccis is always great but I made two requests as it was a birthday and neither were fulfilled. I also had put the occasion as a birthday but that didn't help. When I arrived it kind of seemed like they hadn't even looked at my reservation.

Worst eggplant parmigiana ever! Frozen crap eggplant with crap sauce and spaghetti for $21.39 with taxes, the rolls were the only saving grace of this crappy meal.

I was disgusted from this place. My wife and I went there last night. We are Muslims my wife wear the head scarf. They sat us across from the kitchen. Got some dirty looks from the cooks. Put our order in. 30 minutes later no food not even the appetizers. People came after us started to get their food. Some of these people got their food and left before we even got ours.The waitress started to apologize but she couldn’t understand why the cook didn’t start our order. They weren’t short staffed and the place wasn’t busy. We didn’t want to jump into conclusions very quick but we came to realize it was indeed some discrimination and racial profiling is going on there. When we mentioned it to the staff They weren’t surprised or even try to deny it. Poor waitress started to get nervous and shaking. She kept on apologizing. They finally brought us the food. They waived the bill but at this point we lost our appetite. I told them I don’t want the food at this point I wanted to leave but I just wanted an explanation first. They failed to give me a reason why. Orders where going out to everyone except us. I don’t like to play the racism card. this is the first time i face it personally. I didn’t even think about it until my wife pointed it out to me as she always gets racially profiled because of her head scarf.It was very disturbing. I will never come back to this place again.Please ask your cooks and staff if they feel comfortable serving other ethnicities before hiring them.

I made a 7 pm reservation, arrived at 650pm waited for the host to take our reservation, only to be informed that in order for us to be seated, we would have to wait an additional 30-40 minutes. The restaurant had nearly 20 empty tables at 7 pm on a Saturday night. However, due to a party of 11 and 3 wait staff, they were “fully occupied”. The hostess offered the alternative of sitting at the bar, which did not even have a bartender. I would avoid this restaurant located in the future, poorly managed. This is not the first time I have had trouble with reservations here either. Will not be back and I am sure this review will get the generic corporate response everyone else gets.

Yall this place was a mess lol. Water ban so no drinks or plates, no hot plate for the oil so got freezing cold oil, highchair was dirty, and i could have made way better food at home. They also ran out of napkins?? Ao glad i had baby wipes on hand. And we got spoons for our pasta. It was a straight mess and comically bad

Went there this past weekend at around 1:30PM. The place was nearly empty with only a few customers. We were told by the "host" that it will be a 5 minute wait. So we sat down and waited 5, 10, 15 minutes. We looked over and the "host" was busy wrapping up silverware. Got the vibe that the place just doesn't care so we just bailed. Plenty of other restaurants on Route 1!

My Cheese Ravioli came out with cold cheese inside. The manager was great about making a new order and taking the item off the bill. The biggest problem was I ended up taking it to go because everyone else in my party had already finished their meals.

We had a reservation but place was mostly empty. Our server, Jonathan was great, very attentive and fun (we really appreciate wait staff more than ever these days with so few people working). He described the special menu as Throwback Thursdays (80's prices) and he wasn't kidding: most meals in the regular menu cost $10 more AND they didn't scimp on portion size, way too much food per person so we got to-go boxes: I suggest cutting your meal in half so you don't over-eat. Salad and main entree came at same time and very quickly but no big deal, just ate salad first. I had ravioli and ut was delicious, had quite a bit of sauce. Thanks, Bertucci's at Emerald Square Mall, nie atmosphere too.

This was our second visit the restaurant was empty. We ordered pizza, Buffalo wings and pasta. There was a long wait considering the restaurant was empty. We finally got our food after a long wait. The pizza crust was under cook, the pasta very bland and the wings were not crispy. When I ordered the wings I asked the waitress if they were crispy and of course they weren't. Shortly after our meal I became ill and suffered gastrointestinal issues. I developed stomach cramps and diarrhea shortly after consuming the food we ordered. Friendly advise don't waste you money here. I will not to eat or recommend Bertucci's to anyone. Poor service, long unnecessary wait time and sickening food.

Normally great but not today.Underdone pizza. Called them and complained that it was underdone. Went back inside and asked to heat it up so it’s not done. While I waited I can hear the cook complain to the check out lady that the pizza was fine. I have a picture posted somewhere on here which is not the same as the pictures they have on the menu. Not even close. I had pizza here once before and that one was fine.They did make me a pizza to replace the underdone one and that was it.That was my experience with this location.(I posted a picture of it on Google somewhere)

We have been going to Bertucci's for about 2 months now and the food has been very good value is also very good and we sit at the high table at the bar on Thursday with John and his service is excellent

My party did not eat 2 of the meals- the rigatoni, chicken and broccoli- it was swimming in a soup of cheese sauce and the chicken was white and not well cooked. Thankfully they took it off the bill. And it took over a half hour to get our food. The waitress was polite and sweet but often forgot about us and didn't check on anything. It did appear busy though . The pizza and the salad however were great
