My Cheese Ravioli came out with cold cheese inside. The manager was great about making a new order and taking the item off the bill. The biggest problem was I ended up taking it to go because everyone else in my party had already finished their meals.
We had a reservation but place was mostly empty. Our server, Jonathan was great, very attentive and fun (we really appreciate wait staff more than ever these days with so few people working). He described the special menu as Throwback Thursdays (80's prices) and he wasn't kidding: most meals in the regular menu cost $10 more AND they didn't scimp on portion size, way too much food per person so we got to-go boxes: I suggest cutting your meal in half so you don't over-eat. Bertuccis is always great but I made two requests as it was a birthday and neither were fulfilled. I also had put the occasion as a birthday but that didn't help. When I arrived it kind of seemed like they hadn't even looked at my reservation.
