Trish and Starr are superb! We ordered a large amount of deserts for a catered event and throughout the process Trish was super helpful and kind. The food was amazing as always. The guests were delighted with the delicious food and beverages. Café Evolution is a yummy staple in our community!!!

I’ve been ordering takeout food from cafe evolution on a regular basis during the pandemic. Love the peanut sauce, salsa, tofu, barbecue tempeh, soups and chili. All delicious! The peanut butter cups are devine! The mint chocolate cupcakes are scrumptious. I also love the homemade veggie pot and samosa pies, which come with unique toppings from mango to mushroom gravy. All delectable. The baked penne eggplant is also excellent. I love bringing this food home and eating several delicious homemade meals that l don’t have to cook!

This place is great for vegan food. I'm not vegan, so it was kind of bland for me (I got one of their "burgers") but if you douse it in hot sauce, it's pretty palatable. Their vegan cupcakes are good, but let's be real: it's easy to fill anything up with sugar and make it taste good.

I recently became vegetarian so finding a place to eat is hard enough finding a great place to eat is near impossible.The wide variety of vegan options here is amazing. The food is very great and loaded too! Not often can you find a place that will serve you for under 12$ the amount cafe evolution will. The staff are really friendly. The kitchen is open so you see how they operate. Wonderful place, it’s becoming my favorite lunchtime spot. Thank you team evolution!!!
