Only visited 2 times in the last 2 weeks and both times I noticed the same person on shift demonstrating what effort, and attention to the customer looks like.( oh and she cooked my food exactly how I articulated it and was not just thrown inside the bag) Impressive. Thank you! I believe her name is jaira. If she it's not a shift leader yet or at least getting parralelle pay to her performance. This DD is about fours years new. The parking area and landscaping is nice. We entered the drive thru and ordered two iced coffees. Our orders were correct and the employee was polite. This DD is on Damon Rd in Northampton.

It's a Dunkin, this location has messed up my order a head drink 2 times in 3 visits. I'd say I won't go back but I need my iced coffee so I'll probably set my expectations and swing through some morning bleary-eyed forgetting this isn't the good Dunkin on my way to work.
