The host at this restaurant was incredibly rude to us. Actually unbelievable and ruined our day. Speaking to patrons of color like that is really unacceptable. Will not be coming back again.

Super friendly servers. The food was amazing. The coffees were great. My party got the chai, vanilla latte, and the hazelnut alcoholic coffee. Everyone loved it.

Ate late breakfast there today, February 28. I am celiac so was grateful there are GF options on the menu. I was going to order the huevos rancheros but our server, Connor, checked with the kitchen and they could not guarantee that the corn tortillas were gluten free. I am very grateful to our server that he took the time to make sure I would not be exposed to gluten. I ordered the eggs in purgatory instead and it was delicious. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and said it was great. Thank you to Connor for taking good care of me. Going out to eat with celiac disease can be anxiety inducing and Connor should be commended for his care.

The place had decent food. The server was very friendly. Only downfall is that they didn't have more lunch options. We were hoping for some more

Poor customer service. Walked in and was told they would not seat us. Young girl with curly hair and glasses was unfriendly rude and walked away. Was told they stopped serving at 2:45pm and it was not 2:45pm. Staff need better training on how to talk to customers.

Crowded, dark, noisy, but no complaints from me, because my breakfast was great. Obviously that's one reason for the "crowded."
Food is always fresh and delicious Worth the wait Unique quality Service fast courteous

No homemade jam?? After all these years what a disappointment...it's one of the reasons us locals have been coming for years. Just buy some at river valley and charge for it. Place is a Hamp institution. Don't wreck it lol.

Avoid and head over to The Dirty Truth! I went to Jake's after an. Hour long drive only to be brought back and forth from the bar top to main entrance, mind you have a mobility issue and wanted to sit an eat breakfast which was near impossible because their seating system is awful and the hostess is beyond biased.. I finally offered a $100 to get a table and then was told I could get a table after being told a party of one was not acceptable for a table.. this place has changed for the W-O-R-S-E .. ironically I am in town for a book signing discussion and happy I found The Dirty Truth for Saturday Brunch.. which was unbelievable! Unless you want pretentious bias odor.. Avoid Jake's!
