The food was to die for, everything was amazing. We got to try some new things and the scones were the best I ever had, so much so that I didn't even miss the clotted cream (they make their own, it's different but still good)Lovely atmosphere with a bunch of friendly people.The only thing is that it took an hour and a half for us to get our food. We had somewhere else to be so we kind of rushed through tea.Overall, great place with awesome staff and delicious food.“

“We had my sister's 50th this past Sunday as a private function. EVERYTHING was perfect. The food was positively delicious, the service was beyond exceptional and the atmosphere was classy yet extremely comfortable. I highly recommend The Cellar for any occasion.“
“4 of us (siblings, 65-77) went for lunch at noon. We were greeted by Sean and shown to a very comfortable booth that could have held 6 of us. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The cleanliness was top notch, including the rest rooms.June was our waitress and was very attentive, told us to take our time (it was very quiet at that time) and gave us a very complete explanation of the menu and specials. After ordering June came by to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.When the meals were ready they were brought out by the chef, Ron.3 of us ordered the fish and chips which, by consensus, were the best we had ever had; great crusty coating, large piece of fish perfectly cooked. The plentiful sides were French fries and cole slaw. The fries were crispy outside, tender inside. The fourth ordered a Reuben sandwich; large, plenty of tender meat. He said it was excellent.Getting ready to leave we met Ron again on the way out and complimented him on the great meals. He explained about how careful they were about getting quality ingredients, how often they received deliveries, etc. You could tell he was someone who cared about what he was providing.The four of us agreed that we all had a new favorite place to go. Looking forward to our next trip there.“
“This place is amazing! Food is so good. Steak and cheese is the best, well seasoned, we get it with onions and mayo and it's been perfect every time. Pizza is SOOOOO good too! Always cooked to perfection! We get broccoli bites and fries every time we go and they're good too. Definitely worth stopping in! The staff is friendly, helpful and extremely patient (as we never know what we want because it all smells so good)!“

Looking forward to trying more of their menu.I was on a mission to find a good cheese steak in the area (it's surprising how few sub shops actually have them) when I stumbled upon this little gem during a google search. It was only 8 minutes away yet I had never noticed it before. Now that I've tried it, I will definitely be going back!The cheese steaks were hot and cheesy, with lots of shaved steak in relation to the bread (a complaint I've seen in reviews of other places) and with options like onions, peppers, mushrooms, etc. Everything you could want in a good cheese steak, with a choice of fries or onion rings on the side - hot and crispy.We also ordered the potato skins (at the top of their appetizer menu) since those caught my eye -- smothered in cheese and with nice big chunks of crispy bacon (not those sad little crumbs of bacon bits) with a side of sour cream.We got takeout, but I went and ordered in person so I could get a feel for this new-to-me place. The interior was clean, with about a dozen tables for dine in, but the takeout traffic was crazy on a Friday night. It was clear that they had a loyal following of regular customers, which speaks volumes.
