Restrooms are locked, cool i understand that and i have no problem with that, what i do have a problem is that i wasted 10 minutes of my morning waiting for it to be "vacant" coz there was no signage whatsoever to let customers know they need to ask for restroom permission...
I have been a regular customer at this Dunkin' Donuts location for quite some time, visiting both in the morning before work and occasionally during lunch.
