The ordering here is just a suggestion to the kitchen, they are going to give you whatever they feel like making at that time. The amount of times I have received an incorrect order, missing items, or things like meat in a vegetarian order is incomprehensible. They seem to have steady business simply due to the fact that there are no other locations nearby... also be ready to WAIT. This location takes the "fast" out of fast food.
FYI I've been here 25 minutes and the guy said there are like 5 more people in front of me. There's nobody here besides 10 people there waiting to pick up deliveries. I had to ask to be served because they assumed I was a driver it's getting frustrating the long waits. Maybe bump the pay give overtime hours and bonuses and maybe you'll be able to attract more employees and even keep a few longer than a few months.I won't be returning here until it's figured out.
