I usually only do online orders for pick up, and even these are usually doing down hours, so it's always very quiet when I come in, and no one is immediately managing the pick up register, still I never have to wait long for someone to notice me, and the food is always delicious.

Been ordering from this Bertuccis for years, I even used to work at this Bertuccis when I was younger, and I’ve noticed the quality of the food has gone down hill as of late. Last night was the last straw for me. I spent over $100 one some of the worst pizzas I’ve ever received from a pizza place. Didn’t even call and complain. Just made note, and I’ll learn from my mistake of continuing to give Bertuccis a “second chance”.
