“One of *the best* Pupusas I've had in my time living in Boston. This is what a pupusa is supposed to be - simple, consistent, and oozing cheese. Definitely would recommend stopping by here and trying a pupusa as there's not many places to eat around“

“We came for Dine Out Boston so we got to try a number of different dishes as well as their white wine by the bottle! Everything was so delicious and the service was really great. “Visiting Boston and came as here was recommended by local. It’s a great place to visit. Food is great, had the best bone marrow, and the foie gras is definitely recommendable. service is busy but good, atmosphere is great.The only thing is it was freezing and we both got sick. The backyard outdoor patio is still freezing though there are Mr heaters near the wall outlets. The heat wasn’t strong enough at all to cover the area. Would only go again if got in door seating in winter.“

“It was such a pleasure meeting Ana. She cooks everything fresh daily in the back of the shop. We got a lot of food for a very great price. Everything tasted delicious and reminded me of my grandmas cooking. The flan was the best we've ever had which says a lot considering we are used to flan( my fiance and her family is from cuba). You won't be disappointed.“

“I am a fan of their res ( stew beef) , habichuela (beans) and arroz (rice ) ? they use to give good portions but things have changed , it’s 2022 now and prices are up but it’s worth it still . It ain’t that expensive. It’s enough to feed two if your ordering a plate for $18“

I have tried so many Dominican spots and some are either missing seasoning or have too much, but this place has the right amount. The shrimp mofongo with pork was delicious. “Ive used them twice for our division meetings and I’ll definitely recommend. Seila is very helpful and accommodating when I put in my order. They deliver on time and help with the placement of the pans. Everything is well packaged and easy to unwrap. The food is fresh and delicious!!“

“It's been a while since we had been here. It was a birthday dinner so we wanted something special. Alas, it was mixed. The Mediterranean salad and the antipasto plate were good. The gnocchi in a meat sauce was excellent. The shrimp and pasta dish could have used more garlic and spices. Alas, the eggplant and chicken parm dishes were not that good. I could have done better. Basically, there was no real sauce, it looked like a can of stewed tomatoes had been poured over it - no spices, nothing. I could tell it was real eggplant, otherwise I would have thought it had been some random frozen thing. Not so sure about the chicken one. The service was pleasant and we appreciated that the waitress warned us that the bottle of wine we ordered was only half a bottle. The place is as cute and cozy as we remembered. Overall, a mixed bag.“

“While it took the waitress way to long to approach our table. Once she did great she was excellent. She was the waitress as well as the bar tender. Since I did not know Spanish wines she was patient offer suggestions based on what I prefer and even gave us tasting before making a commitment. The food was fabulous. Perfect lamb chops and the ordinary potato was elevated to extraordinary with the Aoli made with truffle and safron...these were not my mother's boring potatoes...BOCADO is a perfect place to step into a new experience new flavors and present you actually traveled to Spain but without the costly flightDietary restrictions: My dining partner can't have nuts or avacodo. . One one dish the fried goat cheese they removed them. On another dish the waitress suggested something different. It all worked out well .“

“I am sick with a head cold, all i wanted to eat was some chicken soup. I went to this place for the first time and the variety of food they have is amazing! I got chicken soup, white rice, and lime. The bomb!!!!! Customer service is an A+ :)“
