As a customer in the drive-thru line, I couldn't help but witness an unsettling incident involving a team member named Harry and another employee, Alec. While waiting for my order, I observed Alec approaching Harry, who was juggling various tasks like managing the drive-thru orders and food preparation.Alec questioned Harry about whether he had instructed Tania to complete a brief spring training , emphasizing that it only takes 5 minutes. Harry seemed uncertain and mentioned not remembering if he had assigned the task to Tania. This response seemed to trigger a confrontational reaction from Alec, who pressed Harry on how he could forget specific instructions and insisted that he had explicitly told Harry to instruct Tania on the designated day.The atmosphere became tense, and as a customer, it was disheartening to witness such unprofessional behavior in what should have been a seamless drive-thru experience. I hope the management addresses these issues to maintain a positive environment for both customers and staff.

Not sure if staff at this location is trained well, I ordered Mocha Frappuccino here and they made it with chocolate chips or orie flavored which made it extremely sweet. I called the store and the person offered to re serve provided I visit again, I went 30 mins later showing the drink and told them to make it as per menu without adding any chocolate chips. Also suggested to use 3 pumps ingredients instead of 4 to reduce sweetener. However to my surprise when she served again there was no difference in taste on top of that this time the whip cream was topped with chocolate sprinkles ?though was not requested. There was absolutely no difference in what they served earlier and reserved. Also I couldn't feel the ice in it which could have made it more stronger than regular. Need to really match the original taste of the drink.This has happened again 2nd time , earlier through drive through last year but that time they could fix it.Not sure why don't they just make regular Mocha Frappuccino ?, like I have at other stores , or are they using different beans , flavors ?.I appreciate their attempt to reserve as the person over phone said the staff is getting trained but it made no difference for me as I had to through all 4 drinks and waste of my time.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’ve never waited so long for a drink, they appear to make drinks randomly instead of regular n order. There is not that many people here either. Ridiculous!

I went in for hot coffee. Served room temperature coffee 2x and the 3rd was slightly hot. I couldn't wait and left with a slightly hot coffee. It wasn't even that busy so don't understand why the coffee. I'm not picky.

Thus Starbucks is awful.. terrible customer service.. heavy set girl working the drive thru is not that clean looking... just very dissatisfied with this location.. cobbs corner is much nicer

Food and drinks were typical Starbucks, the service here was horrible. The red head with the name tag KK who was making the coffees was extremely rude, not just to us but to other customers who had questions or needed assistance. Starbucks has always been a respected establishment, but this barista is not upholding the Starbucks name. She is the type of person you are afraid of something happening to your coffee if it was made wrong. I will not be returning the this establishment.

lousy service and extremely slow. I ordered sour patch kid; said they don’t do it nor had raspberry syrup i said fine move on and i told rhem tbere two drinks one is the straws berry refershner and the white chocolate mocha waited some more. Get to the window. tells me they cancelled the order. I said make it please, they said to come in cuz i’m holding up the line. i ended up leaving with no drink and late to an event because they chose to argue instead of making it.

They now think it is appropriate to give half of cup of coffee for 6.90. I don't think so. Done with ordering something I like and not being able to get like it.

Slow service and long line at drive through. I ordered two drinks then waited in line only to get to the window and said I didn't confirm so they cancelled the order. I asked they go ahead and make it but complained I held up the line? I insist they deal with it and just make the drinks. They kept arguing and told me come in to get it. I ended up leaving without my coffee and very late. Next time stop arguing with customers and blaming them for not "confirming" order and refusing to just make it when I'm already at the window.

Every single time i go here, my coffee is messed up. Switched to getting chai tea they managed to mess that order up as well (management gave me 4$ off coupon for the 7 drink) , fast forward a few days, i ordered the coffee i get daily and it is once again made wrong, even the sticker is incorrect when calling the store manager he then tells me , he can leave a note but there’s no Guarantee since this has happened to me at this location before. Safe to say I’m no longer trying this store tho location was ideal

I did a mobile order this morning for my oat milk matcha before work. We all know Starbucks tax for oat milk and I'm ok with that as long as I get my drink made right. I have a lactose intolerant, and instead of giving me the oat milk I ordered and paid for, they gave me milk. I should have noticed from the color of my matcha but seriously? Now I have to have a stomach ache at work

The best $7.00 I ever spent here was the $7.00 that will save me from ever going back to this store. It was a great Saturday morning and I thought I would treat myself to a specialty coffee. The store was clean and inviting; there were a few other customers in the store, my order was taken immediately and then things went downhill. My name was never called and after several minutes I inquired about my drink. The person who seemed to be the supervisor pointed at a drink that had been on the counter for several minutes and told me that the drink was mine. I questioned that the drink had someone else’s name on it and I just received snappy attitude and curt disregard.I left the drink on the counter and left.This treatment is not the Starbucks “experience” that customers are led to expect. I paid $7.00 to find out that Starbucks is not worth the bad attitude on an otherwise great day. :(
