Food and drinks were typical Starbucks, the service here was horrible. The red head with the name tag KK who was making the coffees was extremely rude, not just to us but to other customers who had questions or needed assistance. Starbucks has always been a respected establishment, but this barista is not upholding the Starbucks name. She is the type of person you are afraid of something happening to your coffee if it was made wrong. I will not be returning the this establishment.
The best $7.00 I ever spent here was the $7.00 that will save me from ever going back to this store. It was a great Saturday morning and I thought I would treat myself to a specialty coffee. The store was clean and inviting; there were a few other customers in the store, my order was taken immediately and then things went downhill. I went in for hot coffee. Served room temperature coffee 2x and the 3rd was slightly hot. I couldn't wait and left with a slightly hot coffee. It wasn't even that busy so don't understand why the coffee. I'm not picky.
