The atmosphere was eclectic, the infusion to the different types of burgers was unique. We ordered the morning glory (amazing!), pig pile fries (so good, couldn’t finish the medium size), rise & fry (had TWO eggs), the hog Marley and a side of Mac and cheese just to try a taste. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing. The service was great!

Mid, I wish I could do 2.5/5 star this place because that's what it was today. I got the honky think chicken and the chicken itself was crispy and tasteful, however the slaw is random as hell and It didn't come with any of the sauce that I ordered, could've been a game changer for me. Soggy bun like soggy soggy, it was foul maybe if it was toasted it would be better or if it was bread that would be cool. But it was just the top of two sesame buns idk if that's a thing but it was not it. I would've put the chicken in the buns if they weren't so soggy and the slaw was just odd, not my thing. On a good note the Sid of max was good nice and baked on top and creamy in the middle couldn't really go wrong there.

Really delicious food—the burgers are extremely tender and delicious, and the chicken is excellent. Good shakes as well. The only downside is you need to prepare to wait a bit—we were one of the few tables in there in the evening and it still took almost 50 mins to get our food after ordering. They are clearly putting care into the cooking, for what it’s worth, just be aware and build in a little extra time on your visit.

We stumbled on Hop + Grind by accident and we are so thankful we did! After a long day on the water on a whale watch, my family was hungry! We saw the Northshore Mall from the highway and stopped not knowing what we were going to eat. We have a young son and a picky dad in the group so we needed something that would satisfy everyone. Hop + Grind DID NOT disappoint! From the cool retro decor, to the comfy couches, to the relaxed atmosphere, to the attentive waitress and manager, everything was great! I ordered the Rooster Smac, hubby got the Smokeshow Mac, my daughter got the Karate Pig, and our son got the regular buttermilk chicken tenders. The chicken in both my sandwich and my son's tenders were juicy and tender. The pork burger in the karate pig was delicious too. My husband's pulled pork mac & cheese was HUGE and unbelievably fantastic too! We are sad that Hop + Grind is 2 hours away from us or we would be regulars!

Little place near a mall...was a little suspicious about the food but was pleasantly surprised. Beer, burger with Mac and cheese was superb. Friendly little place! YUM

This restaurant we stumbled upon looking thru restaurant search on Google maps. The atmosphere was very unique and we loved it. The waitstaff was attentive and helpful. We had quick service. The seating was so comfortable-we were at a booth with couches. And the food-- sooo good. We had deep fried corn dogs that had cheese and blanch dressing ( a ranch and blue cheese mix) for an appetizer then a mac n cheese bowl and chicken sandwich. I wish I old remember the names but delicious..

My friend and I were having a bad day so we went to hop + grind for some food (which is delicious by the way I'd recommend the smokehouse Mac n Cheese) and our server Sav was amazing! Totally changed our moods around and we had a great time! Thanks Sav!

I Ordered a burger and the patty was smaller than a Mcdonalds patty, the buns are way oversized for the patty. The fries also come in small portions. My daughter got a mac n cheese bowl and those where really good, she got the Smokeshow mac and cheese and it was a good portion. It had lots of pork and the bbq sauce was really good. So if your hungry go with a mac and cheese bowl. If you get a burger, just know you will be eating mostly bread.

Awesome and cool environment, really really great food, and a cool vintage set up they have! Plus unisex bathrooms which is cool too! The staff are super fast and friendly! I'm definitely coming back!

This place has the best burger I've ever had. I was honestly sitting there for a while trying to think of a better burger that I've eaten... still can't come up with anything. I got the morning glory and can't wait to come back and try some others. Bartender was also super nice and friendly. He also said they grind their meat themselves which is cool. They clearly care a lot about their food and everything we ordered came out quick and hot. Fun atmosphere as well. My boyfriend got the hangover Mac n cheese and said it was probably the best he'd ever had as well. I tried it and it was really good but I don't know if anything can top that burger! Stop what you're doing and run to Hop and Grind.

Such a hidden gem in Peabody at the north shore mall. For the price and value of the food, you genuinely can't go wrong. Their Mac and cheese are absolutely huge and can be shared with multiple people. Their unique different flavors totally make this place so unique. Their burgers and chicken sandwiches are also amazing considering they grind up specific ingredients to make their patty's! Also, their fries....no words. They are just that good.

Catch them at a slow hour. Amazing food that was well cared for to make. The tap options are amazingly outstanding. I would recommend trying something new. I got a different burger from my boyfriend, but we agreed both were delicious and enjoyed sharing a classic Mac and cheese bowl. They have plenty of options for everyone to sit down and take out. I would recommend looking at their large menu.

Best burgers I've ever had. Plus I love the vibe my mom loved the milkshake

We were looking for something fun and different after a movie, and on recommendation from my brother in law, this was it! The atmosphere is really fun, the music alt rock (Beck? Panic at the Disco?) and the craft beer menu terrific. I had Bad Reputation IPA and after two sips decided isn't husband would need to drive. Main menu items are variations of burgers, fried chicken or mac and cheese. No desserts, so get a shake if you want something sweet. But the most compelling reason to come is the wait staff--they must hire for attentive friendliness; they all help each other out and make sure patrons are happy. This could become a favorite go to!
