Shout out to Hank! Brought the grandkids to get a drink and watch the fireworks over the lake, they were getting ready to close, and Hank came out with free donuts for the kids and other spectators that were left over from the day. The kids loved it. What a nice thing to do. Will be back.
Don’t visit this particular location often and today I was reminded why that is. They had Absolutely No Doughnuts available in the middle of the day I mean it’s called Dunkin Donuts ? lol how can they not have any doughnuts available at all by early afternoon?? Subpar service as well and I was hoping that the Iced latte would at least be good and maybe make up for the lack of well everything else however I was again disappointed ?… Definitely not a very good experience at...read full review

The customer service at this location is spectacular. Ian is a great associate and goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The entire staff has show amazing customer service and really does a fantastic job. Very unusual for a Dunkin But this one is a shining star.
