BAd of an experience , they had messed my order up which is fine e it happens I was in the store anyways but the girl looked annoyed at me when I mentioned it and then said sorry that she was the one who read it wrong. Just work on social skills for some other than that s good experience“
“The customer service at this location is spectacular. Ian is a great associate and goes out of his way to be friendly and helpful. The entire staff has show amazing customer service and really does a fantastic job. Very unusual for a Dunkin But this one is a shining star.“
“Delicious coffee! I needed a pick me up since I literally hadn't slept in over 25 hours.We decided to drive through Dunkin Donuts .It was fast, ez, clean, with absolutely DE-LISHOUS Coffee! ! I asked for cream & Splenda. I'm glad that I looked at the screen. It said*3 cream*3 splenda!Can u imagine having THREE Splenda? YIKES! . It was an honest mistake. I told her b4 she made it, she adjusted the order & it came out absolutely perfect .BTW, I bought a medium coffee for about $3. It was quite small yet hot & so tasty! Mmm.It did the trick. The coffee woke me up for the 40 min ride home then for another hour after that. If you ask me, that was worth every bit of $3“
“I go in and order pickup for my adult children once in awhile. All the employees are very friendly, pleasant, quick, and great . Nothing bad to say, I always make sure to tip because they are on point. Even when I go through drive thru and received have a blessed day after ordering, I always made sure to wish her the same, I know it was sent with caring ? that day I received extra with order ( I smiled) regardless how bad my morning. I appreciate her for that and all the employees that work there.“
“The wait time this morning was a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the blonde woman in the window not sure her name definitely made up for it very friendly and efficient I always see her zooming around even when busy making sure everyone is taken care of & my coffee tastes great I look forward to it when I see her in the window haha I wonder if it’s rude if I specifically ask for her to make my coffee ?“
“I pass by this place 4x a week as I go to work to pittsfield. I order the same and the people that works there they do remember and they great you. There is few coworkers there that makes my day super special The it's one of them. He is always in a good mood and it's so respectful. I hope he always is there to great me, what a nice person and a great customer service. The coffee it's always made the right way for me, and the multigram bagel are always fresh and not toast burned. They put a good amount of (strawberry) cream cheese. Of all Dunkin that I pass by I do stop in this specific one. I know I will have what I did asked and not a hard old bagel or tasteless last part of an ice old coffee.Thanks for your service.I recommend this place if you don't want to have headaches in your am.Thumbs up ?????“
