It is the best place ever and it’s my favorite place in the world besides Golden Corral, and the food ? so good. The stage when my mom comes here sho spends hours talking to them on how good their serves is. I love this place!?!?!Kid-friendliness: Kraft Mac and cheese! It’s my kiddos favorite there is something for even the pickiest kid!

We usually like going to Friendlys for dinner,Today we decided to take the grandkids for Ice Cream Sundaes which they were excited about.,We all ordered large Sundaes and I couldn’t believe it, there was hardly any ice cream in it. My granddaughter had a ton of hot fudge sauce and whipped cream, and a tiny bit of ice cream. Very disappointing to say the least. Our server was very nice, but the Sundaes were certainly not worth the price. A dish of sauce and cream!Next time we will be better off making our own Sundaes at home! Not worth it at Friendlys.

The order was wrong. The food was not as warm as it should be. Staff were very good at fixing the problems. Portions are very small from what they used to be.This time, our order was correct, hot, had delicious. The only problem this time, was one of the managers, upon seeing there were six of us, said we should have called first. How many families are out running their errands on a day the kids are out of school & call in a reservation before they go to Friendly's .... much less any restaurant????Then, the same manager in the bathroom, instead of switching spots w/myself & the resident in the wheelchair, reached over the resident wet hands dripping, got the paper towels she needed, then said, "There you go. Now you can get to the sink.". ? ?
