I typically have not had a bad experience here. When i went on 6/4/23 this happened. we've been using this dunks for 4 years. I brought a group of special needs adults into one of their fav spots for coffee. We walked into the dunks on south st and a female staff screamed across the counter as we entered the doors "the lobby is closed get out now I am not kidding" and I looked right at her and I said that is absolutely not acceptable and how you treat humans to which she responded “I don't care leave". My guys deserved better than that. People were being served at the register, in drive thru and the doors were unlocked.
