16C is a cool spot with a small, simple menu. The pizza is good, mac&cheese on skillet is deliciously cheesy, and the meatballs are good. The truffle fries are the best so far, and the burgers are delicious. The chicken parm dish is a favorite, and the fresh pasta is excellent. The owner is accommodating for events, and the broccoli Caesar is amazing. A go-to spot for dinner with friends!
