I ordered a drink through the dunkin app and while I was waiting for it I saw all employees with masks below their chins, not acknowledging anyone in the line that had formed behind the register, yelling at one another, and to customers who were waiting to pick up drinks. After about 5 minutes some people from the register line started just leaving because they had been standing there being ignored for so long. We go here regularly because, out of the 3 Dunkin' in the area, it's the one with the largest parking lot and typically the fastest service. The downside of this fast service is that they seem to cut a lot of corners (not talking about the minor ones) which often results in your drink having to be made again after you point it out. You have a better chance of getting your order done correctly if you go into the store and place it there, instead of through the mobile app. And don't...read full review

The friendliest Dunkin' of the 2,000+ located in Quincy. This is my sixth morning in Quincy and my 6th time at this establishment. I've yet to be greeted by anything less than a "Hey, how ah ya!" and have had zero negative experiences with any of the varied staff.
