placed an order and paid for it, then they told me they didn't have the order and I had to show him my phone to see him. I ordered a hot chocolate and it looked like hot water. It had no flavor, it had no taste. The service was very bad.

The location itself seems well funded and well stocked. However the staff are very lazy and rude. They get simple orders wrong and visibly get upset when you correct them. When you come here it feels like you've intruded rather it feeling you're welcome. My brother has gone here often out of necessity and he confirms that every time he's gone the staff has been extremely rude. I'm not sure how they can consistently hire all the rude staff like that. The Dunkin just around the corner in stop and shop has the nicest staff who even remember your order if you come often enough. Not this one though, you're lucky to leave feeling without feeling bummed or without a botched order.

Worst Dunkin I've been to in a long time. Dingey, and lackluster service.

The service here is not that great. They barely understand my order. They can never get my order right. I don't know what it is about this particular location.

I was surprised by the staff who work in the throne, an old woman and a young boy, very very bad behavior with the customer and uneducated, it is not good for someone who does not feel well to work with customers

Good place to have a drink and work without interruption.

The attitude that I received from the staff is out of this world. Shorter older woman with darkish red/hair with heavy eye makeup was incredibly rude to me for no reason. Rolled her eyes at me before taking my order which she didn’t know a single thing on the menu. Swearing audibly so I can hear it, making the whole situation just not pleasant in the slightest. I would avoid this location at all costs cause it seems that they have no clue what’s going on in their own store. When you actually get the food/drinks it’s actually pretty good. Steer clear of this location and their rude & unpleasant staff.

The friendliest Dunkin' of the 2,000+ located in Quincy. This is my sixth morning in Quincy and my 6th time at this establishment. I've yet to be greeted by anything less than a "Hey, how ah ya!" and have had zero negative experiences with any of the varied staff. One woman in particular noticed me the fourth day, despite the store being packed every morning, and asked how I was enjoying my trip. These are the kind of interactions that make me want to return. The coffee is damn good; made fresh and served hot within seconds, but the human element is what makes this particular location a 5 star establishment. Can't stress enough the quality of staff. Any time I'm in Quincy, this is the Dunkin' for me.

Ordered 2 donuts 2 snacking bacon and a large vanilla bean collata. No customers at all at the time but my order took over 10 minutes.
