Lovely little place off the beaten path in Marina Bay. As another yelper said, it's the best food in Marina Bay We came to enjoy the views and got hungry. Found this place today and I'm so glad we tried it based on Yelpers. Food is absolutely wonderful and appropriately spiced like how my mom would make it. I got the fried tofu chow-mein and my partner got the seafood fried rice. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. The owner and chef came out to greet us. Galveston is a lovely man....read full review
We love Gaveston Cafe! The Ban Mi's are GREAT. Everything is so fresh, you can tell the owner really puts a lot of effort into making sure everything is up to his standards. No MSG!! And now he has created a little Oasis outside the cafe for outdoor dining. Make sure you look in the pots for the fish swimming around.
I you are craving for some Vietnamese food you must visit this place. It is a wonderful hole in the wall. But wow, what great food, great service. One can tell that The proprietor truly cares about the food quality.
