“Banh Mi Ba Le is a famous and well known Banh Mi as well as other Vietnamese dishes shop served right inside of Kam Man Market.

The prices are pretty good for the portion they provide, and the staff are friendly and serve the food quite quickly.

We typically get the bbq beef banh mi. At $8, it is well worth the price, and made fresh right in front of you with an assortment of vegetables as well as a sweet mayo appearing sauce they put on the bread. We've also tried the cold cut, but found it less appetizing with the Pate spread they place on it, giving it a weird taste we didn't enjoy.“

“Discovery: My family was visiting in town near the mall so I took them for a shopping day and lunch in the South Shore Plaza Mall. When we entered the mall we heard the drums playing and followed them to see the opening (relocation) ceremony Lion Dance for Lumi. While there I saw a friend who absolutely recommended we try it (He was there eating with his family of 4). Food: After shopping my parents and I dropped in and got our first ever Banh Mi (Vietnamese Sandwiches). I tell you these sandwiches (we got the grilled beef) were incredible! They were filled with fresh veggies and bursting with flavor. We also tried the Vietnamese eggs rolls which were good. Restaurant style- It is a small restaurant on the main floor of the mall. It has seating and very cute interior design (it is open to the mall corridor.) It also has it's own bathroom - which is really nice in a mall setting. You order by walking up to the counter and you pick your food up from the counter when they call your number (No table service). Food comes out quick. “We really enjoyed our dinner at Saigon Babylon! I think it’s one of the better places I’ve been to in Boston in terms of food, ambiance, and location. The drink options were really fun and tasted delicious. Although the menu was small, there was a good variety. The food had a lot of flavor and felt very unique. “Cute and small cafe with some tables. If it’s not peak lunch hours, I think it’s nice to sit for a while and do some work. I had cortado, it was fair (good but not spectacular), but the banh mi bbq pork was a disappointment. Meat is too dry, a bit stale, and they forgot to put the jalapeño in it, which they asked me specifically whether I want it and I said yes to. I didn’t ask them to make me a new one cuz I thought it’d be too mean, and they were so busy at that time. At least the people working there were nice and polite. For that, I’d give it one more try in the future.“
