I love this ice cream spot but unfortunately the service was horrible. My server was a female with black and brown braids and was extremely rude. Then after serving me asked for a tip. I hope management fixes this issue sooner rather than later.
Ice cream great but young sales people not good. A man offered to help pay for our ice cream the young man ignored him said he didn't know the $6.00 was for us thought it was a tip, and would not do it. I went outside and thanked the man anyway. I won't be back

Ice cream was average at best, had the peanut butter ores ice cream. Very similar to a blizzard. The service was terrible, the young guy was rude, slammed the cup on the table with toppings. He asked if we ordered health bar which he forgot to put in and put it in a cup on the side. Then when I went to pay, he asked for a tip for himself on my credit card. Very odd service. Talk about guilt tipping too on a 8$ ice cream already.
