“First off there is more than ample parking and the building is in a very accessible location. Once you step into the restaurant you get very cool, hip, cultural vibes. The bar is beautiful and the drinks are beyond amazing. I had a prickly pear margarita that was what I could only describe as foreplay in my mouth. Tease of sweetness and sultry all at once. The menu is extensive with something for everyone. Definitely top quality ingredients used with exceptional flavors and great presentation. The service was top notch. This place runs like a well oiled machine. Definitely recommend and will be coming back often.”
“This place is a ssbp (south shore bar pizza) staple. I’ve had a lot of different ssbp and this has been my personal favorite for decades. Flavors are always amazing and the service is great. It is cash only but they have an atm. #1 place for ssbp and highly recommend!”
“Our first visit was today. We have been to many deli's in New York, Boston etc and this one excels them in quality and certainly friendliness. Owner is an executive chef and has learned all the traditional ways of Jewish cooking. Everything we had was fantastic, even the Cole slaw. We had potato pancakes, knishes, egg salad 1/2 sandwich (Quite large) and a beef brisket 1/2 sandwich so full I could barely finish it. Tomato bisque soup was also exceptional. This place is cozy and comfortable with a convenient parking lot out front. We highly recommend you visit this place if you want great Jewish style deli food. We will be returning soon. We loved our waitress Betsy, who is very sweet, pleasant, friendly, and helpful in explaining the menu and bringing takeout items for us to see before we ordered our takeout food as well. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit.”
“Steak tips superb. Joe the bartender is best there is. Alternate (female) bartender is also good, but still has more to learn from the best. No better bar/restaurant around!”
“This is one of those unique old fashion family owned pizza joints. No frills, just great food! Our veggie pizza was terrific. Toss in a simple greek salad and we were happy campers!”
“Had a wonderful pork Banh Mi sandwich for lunch with a mango smoothie. The sandwich was so good, I regret not getting a second one to have for dinner. Highly recommend checking them out. The prices are extremely reasonable.”
“My wife and I went on Friday 3/22. The food was great we started with homemade guacamole and the Cadillac marquritias. My wife ordered the Mexico City tacos and I ordered Enchiladas Rojas with ground beef. For dessert we ordered Churros. We come to this restaurant a lot especially with our son because it almost across the street from our house. This is our favorite restaurant.Parking: Share a parking lot with hotel there is plenty of parkingKid-friendliness: They do have kids menu”
“It's very good, solid and I would dine here anytime. It's not too far and my Pho was an easy 5 star. Really big menu, a big dining room and good service. Please be sure to lock your car and don't talk to anyone approaching you. We saw a couple of unsavory's walking the lot and looking for an opportunity. (Pretty much a point off for that.) I had friends from Randolph, it was a great, safe town back in the day. Now it's a suburban hood like all the satellite towns around the city. With that change comes good, cheap and culturally diverse food. SilverLinings.org My seafood Pho was a huge bowl chock full of fish a few scallops and shrimp. I like it when they have 2 or 3 sizes for Pho. Of course, I get the largest size and why not for only another couple bucks. The broth was on the expected bland side and in need of enhancement. I'll get the beef next time. The summer roll looked good, the wrap was a bit thick and caused the roll to be chewy. I need to try it again. The peanut sauce while plentiful was loose and also not strong enough of a flavor. Overall: Price was good Food was good Service was good = 4”
“The perfect place for authentic Vietnamese. We had the wings with peanut sauce. Grilled pork spring rolls. And two bowls of chicken noodle soup. Loaded with fresh vegetables. Enough for 4 not 2!”
“We arrived pretty late on a Sunday holiday and there was plenty of parking. We were seated immediately and given time to look over the menu and order. They were very attentive. The food was pretty basic, nothing mind blowing. I mostly appreciate them dealing with the 5 children we brought along close to closing.”
“When I travel, I normally love to try new places every day that I am in a city, but this diner was so good that I went there twice during my trip (and would have gone three times if I could’ve!) The food is so good, the staff is so friendly and genuinely kind, and the place is just one of those hole in the wall, mom and pop diners you rarely see anymore. I’m glad I stopped in, and if you’re ever in that area you should absolutely give this one a try. I know if I ever make my way to Randolph again, this is the first stop for me!”
“I finally got to Hoey's. First, IT'S PIZZA AND SALAD, THAT'S IT. Second, the pizza is good. My problem is that it took so long to get it. I tried calling, but if they fall too far behind, they stop taking phone orders. I really wanted to try it based on reviews by Dave Portnoy and others, so I drove over to place my order in person. It took over 30 minutes to get my food. It was a busy Friday night, but wow. Seeing as how I had to pass 6 pizza places to get it ( I came from Brockton), I'm not sure it's worth the wait. If you are in the area and get the timing right, it's good pizza and salad for 20 bucks.”
“My first time here last night and the food was good. The fried rice, salt and pepper squid, beef teriyaki, and dumplings were delicious ?. I'll definitely be back again soon Anthony ?”
“I have a sensitive stomach, the only cater I trust with my stomach is Natacha Clerger from Saveur et Couleur. When I miss home and I want a taste of my culture food, I drive from New York to Boston just to eat that food and I will do it over and over again! The service is remarkable.”
“Great delicious food,We started with spring rolls and egg rolls, honestly both were delicious they come with their sauces which are very tasty. My wife got the beef pho and I got Bún bò Huế both were super good and flavorful but I would pick the pho just for how good it was. I also got the cold coffee with condensed milk, was not a big fanDefinitely will be back, very curious to try the grilled catfish (needs 50 minutes to prepare)Food: excellentPortion: great +Customer service: very goodAmbiance: casual.Prices: affordable .Cleanliness: Adequate.Parking: available same plaza”
