Ordered 2 box of Joe and 2 dozen donuts to be be ready at 8:25. I ordered these via the app at 6am. It wasn't ready until 8:45. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me. The 2nd time I ordered here by accident via the app and I messed up the time ect. I called the number listed and no one answers. I end up at the store, talk to who ever is working tell her I ordered by accident and she said I need to talk to dunkin customer service to take care of it. this place sucks. customer service is terrible. the workers are rude to their customers and they fight behind the counter over tips. the food is undercooked, the ambiance of this place is terrible. Themyte way too slow, and have a line that leads out the door half of the time.
