The girls were texting on their phone and they were talking badly about their job and on thier phones. and one of the girls was snarky asking “are u waiting for something?.”The woman that gave us our food was very nice, Very unprofessional, not welcoming. Very low in stock and most of the food.

Ordered 2 box of Joe and 2 dozen donuts to be be ready at 8:25. I ordered these via the app at 6am. It wasn't ready until 8:45. Pretty unacceptable if you ask me. The 2nd time I ordered here by accident via the app and I messed up the time ect. I called the number listed and no one answers. I end up at the store, talk to who ever is working tell her I ordered by accident and she said I need to talk to dunkin customer service to take care of it. So instead of that I told her how about keep the order and pick it up the next morning at 5:45. Which I wanted to do in the first place. Wife is there at 6:05. Order isn't ready. It wasn't until 6:30 that it was ready. She's supposed to be at work at 630. This place is trash

this place sucks. customer service is terrible. the workers are rude to their customers and they fight behind the counter over tips. the food is undercooked, the ambiance of this place is terrible. Themyte way too slow, and have a line that leads out the door half of the time.

I usually use the mobile app to get my food quickly and correctly. I read all the bad reviews of this place and I was really fearful I was going to have a bad experience, but ordering using the app and getting my food whenever it was supposed to be ready was a breeze !It was just a donut, so no major issues getting it wrong, but I recommend to use mobile ordering, it would save you lots of headaches !!!!!
