Bathrooms seem as if they haven't been cleaned in 6 months. Hand dryer wall is black instead of white, the sink is brown instead of white. Just NAAAASTY.Thanks to the kiosk, no one was at the register, no one checked of they have a customer, so i had to use the kiosk, because there's no customer service.

Sat. 3/16/24 6pmOrdered Filet of Fish meal. Service was fast and everyone was pleasant and professional. Then I took a bite of the sandwich and it was hard, apparent that it had sat under the heatlamp far too long.Returned and mgt was very apologetic and quickly gave me another sandwich. This one(98% edible) hadn't been under the lamp as long as the previous one but it was clear that the filet of fish sandwich was not a popular item today. Mgt. needs to create a better checks and balances model.

Looking at the other reviews it's obvious this franchise needs new management. Just drove away from the drive-thru after waiting for 10 minutes to order. Didn't seem anyone was working. But when I drove around after giving up on trying to order there were people inside. There was no line at the drive-thru and it wasn't busy. I've worked in food service so I understand sometimes you're short staffed but seeing all of the negative reviews about how slow the service is tells me that the manager is asleep on the job and needs to be fired.

It was shortly after 8:30 on a Saturday evening, the signs on the door stated lobby hours open until 11, yet the door was locked. With a n exceptionally long line for drive thru. Went to your competitor wich had an open lobby.
Terrible service. They want you to use their dirty touch screen to order so they can ignore you at the in store counter. Employees on their cell phones. Prices are through the roof.

We decided to give our son an impromptu birthday present. My husband decided to put a special birthday tray together with McDonalds food and arrange it special at the party for my son as a surprise. It was a nostalgic presentation as my son just turned 30 and he used to love McDonalds as a kid. Everyone thought it was a great idea in how we presented it. There was other food and goodies as well. But I really wanted to mention the fantastic customer service we received from Mario, the manager. He went above and beyond for us when my husband explained what we were doing. We purchased all the fries, pies, etc. Mario was very accommodating with our requests. I cannot thank Mario enough in helping us out. It was a Saturday in October dinner time and busy and he took the time out to get our orders together in a timely fashion for us. Thanks again, Mario! You're the best!

Great place to do drugs pulled in earlier today and a woman was overdose in a car people walking around her paying absolutely no attention. Sickening make sure everyone gets their french fries and Big Macs but don't mind the woman dying in the parking lot
