Absolutely not fresh seafood.The food seems to be cooked days in advance. The shrimp heads were black (means it’s been setting for while or even day) which could be dangers and lead sickness due to poisoning!!!!!!!literally Wasted $120 for absolutely cheap quality food.So disappointed and frustrated ?Update; we went to the restaurant to speak to the owner and address the issue, the owner ran away and, the staff absolutely ignored us.My advice to you DO NOT EVEN THINK TO GO THERE!
My son was craving some hook and reel on Saturday and we stopped by, food was delicious but my waitress (Lilly) was amazing with the service I will 100% come back 100/10

I went to Hook & Reel on Friday (2/9/24) with my boyfriend and we had a waitress by the name of Besty….OMG she was awesome. She was so pleasant and nice and all smile, even when my boyfriend insisted on trying the crab meat fries and then after getting them he was not a fan of them, she took them away with a smile on her face and let us know it was taken off of the bill. She asked us how our food was and just made sure we was taken care of and happy while eating there. Besty is definitely an assist to the restaurant and if she can get a raise she deserves one, she ROCKS!!!! Go head Besty ( I wish I could spell her real name) lol
