“Got a late night craving for donuts. Came out with my partner and son. Owner was busy making an order. Told us to give him a few minutes. It's chilly out so we went back to the car. We placed an order for a milkshake, 5 donuts and a small iced coffee. He told us 7 minutes. We went back to the car. When the order was done, he told us he added 2 extra donuts for the wait. (Super sweet). My kid is in the back happy about his milkshake and I'm currently happy about my donuts as we head back home. Super friendly, great customer service and tasty donuts.“

“Finally had a chance to swing by close to opening. There were trays full of doughnuts this time. It was also surprisingly lively with locals despite the early hour, so I can see why the doughnuts sell out. There were some cutely decorated special doughnuts for Easter, but I stuck to my mission of trying the famous, classic honey dip doughnut. The price ($2.25) was the same as that of the marble cruller that I got last time even though there is less doughnut, so I wish it were cheaper for the size. However, it was airy/fluffy and soft with a delicious glaze. The only thing I did not like was that I could slightly taste old oil with some bites. I think I prefer the slight crunchiness of the marble cruller last time more, but maybe the crunchiness is only unique to cake doughnuts.“

“It's neat that the first Dunkin' ever is right here in Quincy. There were closer Dunkin' locations, but I went to this one solely for that reason. The outside has more of a retro feel because of the original logo. The parking lot is small, and there aren't that many tables inside, but there were a handful of people on a weekday evening. My online order took a bit of time to prepare, but my drink seemed to have been prepped with care, as it came out looking pretty nice.- Small Iced Churro Signature Latte ($4.19): All of the churro flavor was in the whipped cream, but I liked the drink overall, and the price was reasonable.- French Cruller Donut ($1.59): The donut was so small. It seems shrinkflation has hit everywhere, as the donut I got the other day from another Dunkin' was also much smaller than I remembered. However, the taste was good. It also tasted good dipped in my latte.Overall, this is probably one of the better Dunkin' locations in the area: no issues with service, decent selection of donuts still available even later in the day, and clean interior.“
“I stopped by the gas station with my husband to buy a bottle of water and we saw a cafe inside selling Latin food, so we decided to have a little snack there. We were skeptical because of the location but we were surprised the food was delicious! We ordered a horchata(drink), an empanada and a pork pupusa. My husband really liked the empanada and I liked the pupusa but we both agreed that the horchata was too good. The prices are great, the store in general is clean and they are friendly. They also sell tacos, burritos, and shakes. I highly recommend this place.“

“Only two people working early this morning. I totally understand being short staffed, I do. But, after waiting almost 20 minutes for my on the go order, I at least expected the iced turtle latte to be made right. I was now running late for work, driving a school van, so I couldn't wait around to ask for a new one. Especially with the place being filled with people. I did try it and I couldn't believe how bad it tasted. It was like milk and coffee grounds. After my route was done I went back. I still had the drink with me. The ladies at the counter saw the drink and couldn't believe it. They knew who had made it without me even finishing my story lol! They made a replacement and were extremely nice and apologized for the mistake, which is usually uncommon for a mistake like this to be made here. Thank you so very much! “Although Dunkin' Donuts is now a national chain, its roots are decidedly in New England. Specifically Massachusetts. The first DD is still open and is very close to where I now live.There is a newer DD on the scene in Hingham which seems to be doing a brisk business especially given how close it is to the Hingham Ferry Terminal as well as the condos and apartments that have grown like mushrooms in that neighborhood.While I very rarely buy coffee to go but when I do buy a cup I prefer Dunkin' Donuts to Starbucks any day of the week.I was in this newest franchise recently to pick up some gift certificates for some friends who are die-hard DD fans.This place was clean and orderly and although I could be incorrect it seems to be run by a family. I was greeted by a friendly man (the owner?) who helped me with buying the 3 gift cards. I also bought one jelly doughnut (my preferred spelling of this word) to share with my husband who was waiting in the car.The doughnut was clearly quite fresh and was really delicious. My friends appreciated the gift cards. DD has the usual array of coffees, teas, doughnuts and other not particularly healthy food options but as a treat, they can't be beat. i wish this location well although I am sometimes dismayed at the sheer proliferation of these chains at the expense of local one-of-a-kind coffee shops. But people want what they want I guess.“
“The Braintree Dunks is a good one. They are friendly and it has a big dinning area with tables and one table has a plug very convienent. They close early at 7 pm but for where its located and what they serve thats a fair time. Overall very good rating.“

They have always gotten my order right and know what I want even before I know what I want.
