I usually don’t have a problem with this campus location and the staff are usually nice. Today, I was distracted on my phone writing an e-mail and the cashier loudly stated “Can I help you?!” I figured it was to someone in front of me since the line was slow. Then I stepped up and she proceeded to write my order, slam my cup, roll her eyes and mumble my total lol. Before 4 PM the women are lovely attentive polite and sometimes go above and beyond. However, at night: They close at 5:30 but the gentleman who closes is rude and always cleans the machines over an hour early including the frozen drink machine. I came in at 4:15 and I was told I could not get a frozen drink or food only donuts and coffee. How about you clean at 4:50-5:30? Unacceptable this would not happen in a regular dunks.
