“I had the pleasure of walking into Ziggys after trying to find fresh doughnuts other than your dunkin and honeydew processed ones that are everywhere. The prices are fantastic. The service was great. Even ended up sitting and having a chat even though it was going to be in and out. They do cash and card. The doughnuts were amazing. Will be there more often when time allows. It's so close to where I work on the water there in town.Parking: There are 2, 15 minute spot out front. Other than that other street parking is by permit but if you are just grabbing and going you should be fine.“
“There is an employee named Federico that pays attention to the details specified by the customer and makes your coffee just as you want it. As a coffee drinker, I value that a lot. A coffee well made has a big impact on your day. I hope to see Federico next time I stop by!“
“Went to Salem for the Halloween weekend.Kids wanted to try this place so bad.The line moved quick, the staff was attractive and pleasant.The donuts and coffee were amazing. I usually end up taking a bite or so out of the donut I get and giving the rest to my kids. I ended up eating the whole thing!!“
“The young woman and man in there this morning were nothing but kind and professional! I have never had such great service at a Dunkin’ Donuts and the drinks and wrap were made perfectly. The young man made sure to shake my coffee in front of me and even wiped it off with a napkin before handing it to me! Absolutely will come again.“

“Customer service is outstanding! Always greeted with a smile! Lisa, the employee who usually takes my order, ensures it's prepared accurately as ordered and promptly ready. The crew, apparently led by Lisa, is professional as they interact in a manner that makes me feel comfortable. I often end up sitting down to enjoy a clean and pleasant atmosphere that me forget that I'm even in a dunkin' donuts restaurant. Customer service is a 10 out of a 10!... If I have one complaint it would be the selection not available of certain items based on the menu. Lastly, if they could widen their variety of merchandise, cups, t-shirts, etc it would definitely make the Boston St dunkin' donuts the number one location for my delicious and always prepared fresh coffee!!!“
“I come to this location multiple times a day and have watched the place go from the 3* rating I gave it on my previous review to the rating I felt compelled to update. Getting a manager in here that holds the staff accountable and is present and supportive at the same time is exactly what they needed.I get the same sandwich every morning and it bores me but it's what the nutritionist says so I do it. Getting it made well makes it easier to handle. CeCe has brought it to an art form ?. Keep up the good work guys, it shows!“
“I suspect donuts because of Dunkin' donuts are the primary industry in Massachusetts these places are everywhere and they are homogeneous anywhere I go I can expect a Dunkin' donuts to be just kind of there and able to give you donuts and coffee they're coffee that is something to really talk up Dunkin' donuts coffee is arguably the best drip coffee I've ever had it is better than Starbucks it is better than McDonald's and those two are not the high bar on drip coffee you know You can go and you can get the expensive stuff and to tell you the truth Dunkin' donuts coffee is not the cheapest coffee but if you want something that is in utility everything coffee should be plus it has a very nice taste and a low level of acid then Dunkin' donuts coffee it's really awesome as a matter of fact I'm going to pop up that food score one point No I just said it's the best I've ever had I would argue that point if somebody were to get into a stupid coffee argument with me if it's the best then it gets a five“
“Went in for breakfast today and picked up the cake for my fiances birthday. They were super busy, but the staff got everyone through quickly. Coffee and breakfast sandwiches were tasty, loved the bagels. We cut the cake tonight, it was moist and delicious. I barely got a pic because my sweetie was so anxious to cut into it. Thank you!Second visit was just as amazing. I had the Hot Cubano and strawberry paczki. Highly recommend!“
