Worst food I have ever consumed. The lady/dude thing made me tip them 30% because they were short staffed. I was incredibly frustrated because the service was terrible in my opinion. I had there eggs and they simply tasted like French toast I was confused.

We came for my sons birthday breakfast. The women who sat us was lovely It was early and I was craving a burger. I asked if it was too early. The server was so pleasant and accommodating. He made my son the best hot cocoa ever ! We can't wait to return ! Fun place!!

The ugly mug has your ordinary breakfast with the eggs and toast and home fries but the corn beef hash is absolutely terrific. Well worth a stop by during the Halloween season the lines go out and around the corner.

Really enjoyed brunch at this cafe!! The food was amazing -- I had the eggs Benedict with salmon and are the whole thing! They also drew this cat on my chai latte. I can tell they really care about their customers and, though the wait outside was long, we were still able to eat at a reasonable time.

Cool decor, thats about it! We read reviews and seen alot of videos on tiktok so thought this place was going to be great for our vacation. When we entered we were asked how many our reply 3. The host then said 10 minute wait and that we had to wait outside( in 30° weather) although there was room to wait inside. 15 minutes later we got a text saying our table was ready. Our waitress was Kelly W. She was just awful-extremely rude from the very start! I ordered an apple cider mimosa (which was on the menu) she rudly responded "I need your ID" no please, or any kind of manners. Five minutes later she comes back and says that's a seasonal drink they don't have it. (Not mentioned as seasonal on the menu) I ordered a different mimosa which was served in a glass cup with ICE it was disgusting. Ordered the elvis waffle it tasted good but not worth 19$ just a single waffle with 5 banana slices and maybe one crumbled piece of bacon. My sister ordered scrambled eggs with cheese, the cheese was two slices put on top of the scrambled eggs not melted and was a $2 upcharge that Kelly didn't mention. My other sister ordered a western omelet the omelet was good, yet the home fries were COLD and disgusting. Kelly never came back to check on us, as she was spending time at another table(I would assume were her friends based on their conversation). When she finally came back she placed the check on the table. I then had to wave her back over to tell her I wanted a coffee to go and the check needed to be split 3 ways. She got rude again and said we never told her that, although she never asked how the check was to be paid. We were really excited as tourist to try this place and it was horrible from the moment we first walked in. TOURIST BEWARE! NOT WORTH THE MONEY OR TREATMENT!

Amazing food, great coffee, excellent service and atmosphere. The eggs were cooked perfectly, yummy sweet potato home fries. Highly recommend!

There are hidden charges on the menu that they don't tell you about. There are random upcharges so be careful. Also the wait was long, which is understandable since it's a smaller place. The French Toast is alright, but again hidden upcharges. The stuffed French toast is not sweet at all, so if that's what you're looking for you will not find it. The waitstaff was friendly. But not overly attentive. Overall I will not be returning, it was more expensive than delicious.

Love this place so much, I wish they were open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Me and my wife are visiting for out of town and plan on staying an extra day just so we can eat here again

If you're looking for a traditional American breakfast in Salem, I highly recommend the spot. The staff were so accommodating to us having all our luggage and were able to help us take our things to a safe location. The restrooms were extremely clean and super cute with a lot of art just a very cozy restaurant the staff are friendly and attentive to our needs, I recommend waffles and pancakes. Everything else is just regular shmegular eggs and sausage but very delicious.

Ordered breakfast and picked it up around 8:30 am, my husband said it was pretty busy inside. I got the stuffed French toast with fruit and cream cheese inside, with the sweet potato hash browns. Large portion of food and it was delicious! My only complaint was the cream cheese kind of tasted like goat cheese to me which I'm not to fond of but I ate it all anyways lol. Will definitely eat here next time we come to Salem!
