“Bryan and Michele frequent tapiocatea every chance we get. Michele loves the Strawberry Cheesecake tea and of course the Teriyaki Beef Banh Mi sandwich. Bryan's go to is the Birria Banh Mi sandwich and his choice of drink is the Matcha Lavender Milk Tea. This place gets a 5 out of 5 on everything. This is a must try!!!! Both sandwiches are pictured below as well as a bubble waffle and crepe.“

“Probably the best boba option Square One Mall/Saugus area has had to offer, but pricing is steep for what it is. $7 for a medium is kind of outlandish, given the size is equivalent to a fast food small drink. Would go to Malden for a better drink/pricing but Mago Mago is convenient.“

Now that it's open again it's even better. The staff is amazing, so friendly and they will remember you by name! “Went for my first time the other night. My friend and I Had the spiked mango lassi with boba, hibiscus House soda, red oil dumplings, pork belly buns, and not pictured were two bowls of pho. Overall loved the experience. Server was new but did a great job. Service was quick and timely. They kept our water cups topped off the whole time which was appreciated. I want to try the ramen next so I'll add the fifth star when I come back again!“

“One of my new go-to spots for Asian-inspired healthy bowls.I first found out about Lotus Test Kitchen last year while looking for a lunch spot in Downtown. Since then, I’ve been getting bowls from here at least once a month. They seamlessly meld Asian flavors into healthy bowls without a lot of compromises.My favorite bowl is their signature Braised Pork Belly Bowl, which features three substantial chunks of tender pork belly. It also comes with cabbage slaw, and pickled daikons and carrots that helps tone down the greasiness with their tangy, refreshing crunch. And then there's the Spicy Gochujang sauce, an optional but highly recommended addition that weaves sweetness and a subtle kick to the bowl.While certain dishes, like the Thai Curry Chicken and the Spicy BBQ Korean Pork Belly bowl, occasionally come with meat that errs on the drier side, their sauce and pickled vegetable toppings help elevate the central ingredients.Overall, a great lunch spot that offers a quick, filling, and delicious bowls. I'm on a little holiday in boston from london and I've recently fallen in love with banh mi. this has taken the top spot though - the baguette had that perfect crunch and it was overflowing with the filling. such a reasonable price and the service was so fast and lovely :) highly recommend the lemongrass pork !“

The people who work here are the kindest people you will ever meet and the food is delicious! There are tons of options for eaters of all kinds. “Finally, got to try This place. They had soft Opening which was not to best. The ordering process was pretty smooth . The wait was not to long. We got the infamous Sho-Gun Matcha/Vanilla Soft Serve Mix With Edible 24K gold , Maiko Special (Parfait) Hojicha/Strawberry Mix Soft Serve and Matcha Latte Float. Everything was so rich in favor. The matcha favor is probably the best that I had so far. You can taste the quality of the soft serve. It's a bit pricy but worth every penny. Definitely, need to try them out“

But all of the beautiful women behind the counter had everlasting patience and honesty with us as we worked through it together.Yes this is a vague review but all you needa know is that this staff is great, the bubble tea pretty good, but the menu confusing because flavours like wintermelon, mango, honeydew, and Tiger are not listed on the main menu so you have to look carefully for what you want.“

“Generally I don't care for boba tea.But was craving some brown sugar boba tea. And some of my other usual spots were either too busy or too hard.I liked the fact I could choose the sweetness level which was nice. Did a 30% sugar tea, and got a egg waffle (also recommended)Tasted good, drank the whole tea, and the ice cream was good too. Venue was cute, but nothing mind blowing. “We stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon and there was plenty of seating available. The space was bigger than expected with booth seats and table seating. We were seated at a booth and it was quite comfortable. We ordered the Beef hot soup and the Sichuan Flavor Hot Soup. No substitutions allowed but we chose to omit a couple ingredients. The medium spicy is quite spicy so I would recommend going milder and using the chili dipping sauce on the side. Both broths were flavorful enough that you don't necessarily need the soy garlic sauce provided. I immediately turned off the flame under the hot pot because I didn't want the beef to overcook. I do wish there was an option to turn it back on without having to call someone over to light it again. Lunch meals come with a choice of iced green tea or black tea and choice of white rice or vermicelli. Tea was already sweetened, might've been a tad sweet for my liking though. Wait staff was efficient and friendly. There is a call bell on the table that alerts staff that you need something, otherwise they are not really checking up on you. Overall a solid satisfying lunch!“

“I love coming to Gong Cha in Davis. The ambience is really nice and the music creates a nice atmosphere, it's not too loud and adds to the space. I come here to study a lot and there's plenty of places to study alone or with friends. The service is quick and the drinks are really yummy, my favorite is the mango green tea with coconut jelly and boba. The drinks tend to be on the sweet side so I usually go for less sugar. Really great spot, I'll definitely be coming here more often to study and snack on boba!“

We also had the mango eclair and tiramisu, which were just the right size and sweetness. Decor and atmosphere were beautiful and classy. Window bar seating and some small tables as well. There's a good mix of novelty items (rare flavors) and basics. Of interest is the variety of ice cream flavors, pickled vegetables, herbs including fresh Thai basil and lemon grass, and stuffed plushies. We enjoyed the banh mi which was flavorful and on a delicious crusty baguette - wish there was slightly more meat!“

“My second visit to Mecha Noodle Bar was as enjoyable as the first. Initially, I dined at their Seaport location, which was fantastic. This time, I went with friends to the Brookline branch. It's a tad smaller than the Seaport spot but still spacious enough for groups. We only had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes, which was reasonable. Plus, there's a fantastic bookstore nearby where you can pass the time while waiting!We all opted for ramen, and it didn't disappoint in terms of portion size and satisfaction. I went for the spicy miso ramen, which was bursting with flavor. I always add tamago which is aways a great choice; it complemented the dish perfectly. I highly recommend adding an egg to your noodles!For appetizers, we indulged in dumplings, pork baos, and edamame, and they were all incredibly delicious. The pork belly baos, in particular, stood out; the pork belly was incredibly tender. Overall, Mecha Noodle Bar is an excellent choice for a romantic date or a casual meal with friends.“

I’ve been looking for a fried chicken spot that knows how to make a crispy wing ever since another one of my Chinatown favorites closes down. This place is fantastic. While the “spicy” fried chicken is not particularly spicy, it has a pleasant flavor. They also aren’t cheap on serving sizes. These are true full chicken wings, not cut in half. The serving of 8 wings is definitely enough for one adult. If you order to-go, the take out bags are surprisingly high-quality as well. They will not rip, and certainly warrant a re-use. Service is friendly and I have nothing bad to say about this place.Photos represent food after I had already eaten some, so serving size is slightly larger than what you see.“

The interior of this little Newbury St. brownstone looks almost like a coffee shop, with some cute decor and a few tables and chairs for hanging out in. The prices here aren't too bad compared to other nearby spots - most milk teas here are around $5 (not including boba). I ordered their taro milk tea with boba here, which was delicious and exactly what I'm looking for in a drink. It had the perfect amount of sweetness (after I asked them for 50% sweetness) and not an overwhelming amount of ice. I really enjoy my experience every time I visit Mr. Tea and will definitely be back!“

We're going to make this place a regular visit. Ate and drank everything too quick to get any pictures since it was so good. Here was our order: watermelon slush with passion fruit boba, Blue Hour (Large tart and sweet blue raspberry lychee lemonade slushy), fries with spicy mayo, Spicy Salmon Onigirazu (Smoked salmon wrapped in seaweed seasoned rice and topped with spicy mayo), Korean Corn Dog (Deep fried battered hot dog and mozzarella stick lightly coated in sugar), Firecracker Shrimp Onigirazu (A hybrid seasoned rice ball sandwich served with two pieces of shrimp tempura and spicy mayo wrapped in seaweed), and Mera Mera Fries (Crispy fries topped with a homemade spicy mayo sauce and seasoning).“

Well, I got what I came for, okay?!!I started out with the Fresh Black Grape Tea, which was definitely fresh and made right in front of me, and definitely grapey. I found it having a good amount of sweetness, and it's just an awesome drink to get. Simple as that. There are grape bits at the bottom, so if you aren't too keen on that type of texturized experience or potentially getting something stuck on your teeth in the middle of your hot date, you may want to refrain from ordering this one. Otherwise, ball out!The next jawns I got were the Strawberry Milk Tea and the Passionfruit Slush, because I couldn't just stop at one.The Passionfruit Slush was super different than what I expected. I'm unsure of if it was just how it was made when I went, but there was very little to almost zero sweetness to it. They also must have put milk in there. I didn't watch them make it, but that's kind of what it looked and tasted like. I would actually order this again. It was smooth and so... different! Lol~The Strawberry Milk Tea was my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE. It looks exactly how I wanted it to look like, and it tasted even better!!! The whole thing was just FANTASTIC. It tasted CUTE! That's the only best way that I can put it. It is quite literally what it is called. Strawberry Milk Tea. It's light, refreshing and the flavor/sweetness I found to be right in between the black grape tea and the passionfruit slush. Just. Right.All in all, I obviously had a spectacular experience here and service was cool. I will be back for that strawberry milk tea specifically. Thank you.“

I came in and ordered my bubble tea and sat down to wait. 20 minutes went by and I asked when my drink would be ready and they didn’t know I had ordered, despite that I did in fact order with them. They apologized and refunded me and made my tea. After I left I realized there was no boba in the tea. I was the only one in the shop for the entire 30 minute trip. I will continue to go back here because the bubble tea is so amazing, but tonight was a disappointing and strange experience.“

I love boba tea so I can be biased however i can tell you this place is better than other boba tea restaurants in woburn square. This is a nice quiet location compared to the one inside the Burlington Mall. During this visit i went with my usual Lemon Ai Yu with boba, 30% sugar and less iced. Made it to perfection and I am saying this because the one at the mall messed it up before. I also ordered the regular egg puff. It's good, better than some places I had tried before. It is a bit pricey $6 but its made fresh. I would recommend this place over Snow Ice House Bubble Tea any day. The tea drinks are much fresher and tastier. This would be an awesome summer hangout“

There are self-service kiosks if you don't enjoy interacting with other people like I do.They do take online orders though, so keep that in mind if you're feeling impatient.Took off one star because like another reviewer mentioned, the kiosk defaults to a 5% tip. You have to manually select the custom option and type in 0 if you don't want to tip.I do love their taro and pudding milk tea though so I'll most definitely be back.“

I've been on a crowded winter day when the store felt too warm and stuffy, but today when I came on a random Friday around noon, it was completely empty. “ViVi is AMAZING!!!I used to go to a different ViVi location years ago and it was just ok. In the past year, I've gone to this location of ViVi a few times and WOW. Wow!!!The flavor selection is extensive, and love the non-dairy options. But the BOBA - oh it is huge, so fresh, so chewy, absolute perfection. And - they open at 12pm and have fresh boba available right away. Most boba shops don't have boba ready yet for the first hour they're open, but not ViVi.
