“Stopped by on the way to visit my aunt at rehab. Got her a Chick-fil-A sandwich (no pickles) and decided to try a Frosted Coffee for myself. Everyone was fast and friendly, the sandwiches are always on point, but the frosted coffee ... if I'm being honest, it hit the spot in the moment as a cold, sweet dessert beverage, but it tasted nothing like cold brew coffee and definitely not worth the $5 price tag. Doubt I'll ever get it again unless they improve the coffee flavor. Also, buyer beware: I have no idea how much caffeine is in one, as I have a pretty high caffeine tolerance, but if you know you're sensitive to it, be careful.“

The chickens pieces aren't huge but oh so worth it! Had a 7 piece whole and 6 wings and tteokbokki for 3 not too hungry people! No leftovers and had my own kimchi and white pickled radish on the side. They forgot my order of spicy radish once but not hating, just make sure to double check your order! “Door Dash delivers to the city (hot, cold, or frozen), which is a dangerous thing to have discovered! The pies are packed with big chunks of very good white meat chicken, so they’re more filling than most. They’re also not too salty. The portions are really solid, too. A pie that says it’s 6 servings fed us exactly 6 servings. They were wonderful when I called about a food allergy, too.“

“What I love the most about this place is that I was able to enjoy the whole sandwich without pieces of it falling apart. We all know the stages of grief when it comes to eating a fried chicken sandwich, but, they defied it! Thin and crisp cutlets, with a toasty yet moist and buttery brioche - it doesn't even need more. But, they went a step further with options like Nashville hot, sweet heat (strongly recommend) and one with generous slabs of crisp artisanal bacon. But, they didn't overdo it. There was no tsunami of sauce to ruin the bun, there was no hot oil spewing out of the folds of golden breading. This sandwich was made with airtight execution. The size of the sandwich could easily be shared if you had any semblance of self-control, but I wouldn't recommend it. The lot was pleasant to dine at, lots of low key people enjoying tantalizing meal choices. I will be back in a flash;. Don't hesitate to eat here.“

It would be greatly beneficial if they could provide an alternative means of communication, even if phone orders are not an option, especially after an order is placed. “I see so many old reviews showing up here first so I feel compelled to make a more recent review (Sep. 2023). I've discovered this place recently as it's near my new workplace and eaten 4 or 5 times. Never had any issue so far with the cook quality; the chicken is always tender, crispy, juicy, and tasty. I prefer the spicy sandwiches; usually get the "KFC". There's not that much charm to a food court installation but the cashiers and cooks get the job done and make good food. The wait can be long if there's a lot of people, which is often the case around lunchtime. It's worth mentioning that aside from the sandwiches, the fries are quite great; it's one of the only places you can get thin cut fries these days and they serve a large portion hot and crispy. Good chicken sandwiches are hard to come by downtown so this has been a nice find for me and I recommend checking it out. A touch pricy but that's what you get in the middle of the city, at least the food quality is great in my experience.“

The grilled pieces were breast and wing. Both were really good. The fried chicken was a little on the salty side for me, but still enjoyable. All of the pieces were moist, juicy, and flavorful. I was impressed with the white meats being so good and not dry! For sides, I got fries and rice. Both were decent, nothing special. The roll was so good too!
