Honestly I cannot thank this establishment more for what they've done. Their very kind staff supplied me and my two colleagues, Parmesan and epoisses (they asked to not have their true identities revealed) with face masks! We attended the neighboring establishment Prince Pizza in pursuit of our other colleague "Provolone" and we happened to have no masks. I am beyond grateful for the route one Dunkin and their kind hearted employees!
There was an issue with my Uber eats order and Paige literally took care of me the moment I walked in. No questions asked, she just took care of me and knew who I was because I called ahead of time. Thank you so much Paige! We need more management like you. I’ll definitely be back, she was a amazing!

I borrowed my friend's phone to place an online order.....apparently I somehow hit oat milk when I wanted cream. There was an error on the ap that didn't let me check the order. I tried to explain the mistake and ask the employee to fix it. The employee was making the drink as I came in and was not willing to fix it. Ok...it was my mistake, but it's not like the cost comes out of the employee's check! I said nevermind and took the oat milk drink...the employee rolled their eyes...read full review
