I ordered a ‘lo mein’ and found a toenail in it! Absolutely disgusting! I talked to a waitress about it and she suggested just throwing it away! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. There are so many other good restaurants in Saugus, and I would not recommend going here.
Their "Umi chicken" is pretty bad idk why a place would name a dish after themselves and execute it so poorly. There's like no chicken just thick batter and the veggies were way over cooked. Noodles were edible. $12

I went here to get the food cooked in front of me on the hot grill. I ordered the beef with rice. Two people ahead of me ordered chicken. The chicken is cheaper than the beef by a couple of dollars. When the chicken was cooked for the other clients they load it up till the container could barely close. Had to be about half a pound of chicken per order.
