The store is dirty. The staff was so unprofessional. They claimed to be short staffed but it seemed crowded behind the counter to me, just poor time management and bad attitudes. The woman who took our order seemed frustrated the second we stepped to the counter and kept leaving every 2 seconds from the counter to do other things.
I give the one star for the staff and convenience of the location. They're very nice people and for the most part, very helpful. I actually sent an order to the wrong Dunkin and a woman tried her best to get the order canceled at the other location so she could make it for me. Very sweet and professional.
