Poor attitudes from management. Like you’re inconveniencing them when you need a refund for a product you ordered but they’re out of. “We can’t do refunds” they say.

Another place that take the fast out of fast food & drink waited over 10 mins in line with only one vehicle in front of me we drive up to the windows so we can keep going on the run but it never happens at this location owners / manager please look at what these ppl are doing I’m so done with this

The store is dirty. The staff was so unprofessional. They claimed to be short staffed but it seemed crowded behind the counter to me, just poor time management and bad attitudes. The woman who took our order seemed frustrated the second we stepped to the counter and kept leaving every 2 seconds from the counter to do other things.

I give the one star for the staff and convenience of the location. They're very nice people and for the most part, very helpful. I actually sent an order to the wrong Dunkin and a woman tried her best to get the order canceled at the other location so she could make it for me. Very sweet and professional. But, the drinks are NEVER the same. I sometimes get a medium iced chai latte when doing my shopping at Walmart. Quick order through their app and walk on over. Sometimes I get what I ordered, most times, just an iced chai. Sometimes tastes like ****, sometimes tasty. Rarely perfect and always over $5. I have asked for it to be remade once and I got the same thing. She told me an iced chai latte is a cup filled with milk and a couple squirts of their "chai flavor". She confidently told me their chai lattes aren't caffeinated. I had to explain what an iced chai latte is, how to make it and even the fact chai=tea, tea=caffeine; (even with chai concentrate, which they use). Nutshell, they really need to train their staff. Big time. I understand everywhere is short staffed but, if I'm paying for a $5 drink, I would actually like what I ordered. Not a $3 iced tea. Plus, inform the staff the basics. Such as tea is caffeinated. I know I will go back since it's right next door to Walmart but, I'll stick to plain iced tea.

Went in to avoid having to wait in the drive through. Staff totally ignored me, inquired about a drink - answer: I have no idea! Jeez! What’s happening?? Can you be any more disinterested in your job?

Couldn't understand why my coffee didn't taste right and I was so busy with my daughter running errands she finally looked at my cup and said well ma didn't you order pumpkin I said yes she goes well this isn't pumpkin it was one of the other flavors. I meant to try to get back to ask them to fix it, cuz $4.09 for coffee I would like my coffee to be correct. Never got back. I usually don't have a lot of problems with Dunkin' donuts and I understand that there's a lot of issues with staffing. However they can't even print out the right thing for your coffee so that you get a cup of coffee
