The food order was not fulfilled correctly. Order taker did not listen or misunderstand. It cost me more, but l did not bother trying to get the money back for the overcharge. The tomatoe soup was Luke warm thick and tasted like spaghetti sauce. Usually you are asked if you get the 1/2 sandwich and soup if you want chips or bread no choice we got bread. The place was cold( we sat in front of the fireplace), and l didn't take my coat off.I had more flame on a match stick than the fireplace had. Overall, I'm not going there in the early evening again.

Was waiting in line to get my to go order and the young lady behind the counter was being very unprofessional when approached by another customer, telling the customer” she didn’t make the broccoli cheddar soup and didn’t know what the customer wanted her to do about it”. I got home with my food and my turkey chili tasted burnt. Very disappointed because normally this Panera is really good.

Lunch was good. Easy to order on kiosk, I didn't get a receipt though. Food came out quickly and tasted good. We will be back again.

I find all Panera locations so similar, this applies to them all. Food is uber fresh and tasty, the restaurants are usually clean and comfortable. Prices are reasonable and the dark roast coffee I had on this particular visit was up with the best I've ever poured from an urn! Employees are invariably well-trained and pleasant. I've never found a location earning low scores.

We have gone to this Panera a bunch of times. It's in a convenient location and good when you're in a rush and need some quick food. I noticed the manager is always around and keeping an eye on things. They have even asked us about our stop a few times, making sure everything was good, or asking us if we need help, which is nice. Seems like they genuinely care about running this location, and try to keep things consistent and decent quality. The servings here are always generous, and have noticed that other locations maybe don't have as generous of portion with bowls of soup. You get pretty much a full bowl here. One time we got a pretty bad sandwich here, which was memorable because I remember that I essentially got a giant ball of turkey between two pieces of bread, but most times the sandwiches are good. Food usually comes out quickly regardless of takeout or dine in. We have never had to wait very long for food here, even though this location can be quite busy. Usually always pretty clean. Due to the volume, at rush hours the tables are kind of "honor system clean" but most people seem to leave the tables clean for the next occupants. As always, stopping here can be quite pricy for what you get, but you pay for convenience.

I love Panera, especially when it's soup season! They have delicious soups, broccoli cheddar and autumn squash soup are two of my favorites. Sandwiches and salads are pretty yummy too, but I tend to get soups with a baguette on the side. Their bread is great! Their drinks are extra pricey I feel like, so I usually just get water. The place is clean and there is usually plenty of space to sit. I especially enjoy sitting near the fireplace when it's on. It wasn't on the last time and it was chilly out. Just hoping it's not broken. If so it would be good to fix it. It adds to the ambiance. Anyway, any time I've been there the staff is patient and friendly.

This is one of the better Paneras with ONE HUGE FLAW: check your bag before you leave. If you ordered a side of chips or bread, especially if you're doing pick up, you'll likely NOT find it in the bag and have to ask for it. Though since fruit cups are a separate side that's fine.Again missing sides seems to be the only big issue but...for someone like my who wanted my chips It IS an issue. ILL EVEN PROMISE: It gets it's fifth star beside once it stops forgetting to add the chips to takeout orders!

My ceaser salad was only the white part of the romaine lettuce...I only eat vegetables due to a health condition and I could even eat this food....I asked for the most green lettuce they could do and got none...also they originally put chicken on it after saying no chicken 3 times while placing my order....their service has really gone down hill...I use to be happy to get a salad from there and now I dont want to try it yet again since this isnt the first time
