Many people there had never tried vegan desserts before, and we have some picky eaters in our family and friend circle, but every single person was quick to try everything and raved about how delicious they were! Baby Max loved his first ever taste of cake, and he must've eaten almost a dozen of the banana crumble muffins himself lol I highly recommend those. The place is frequented by regulars for sure with a bar on one side and a slightly more formal sit down dining room on the other. When we arrived we waited for about 10 minutes and were seated at a high top near the bar area. During this time another couple got frustrated with the single waitress to be seen after she dropped off some food to them. This couple was not empathetic at all and then expressed that to the waitress in a condescending tone on what was probably one of the busiest nights there. The same woman was our waitress and it was clear she was running around from dining room to bar room without a single moment to catch her breath. She did great! Obviously the kitchen was swamped too but we knew to adjust our expectations accordingly for timing. Food was delicious, incredible value. “I ordered a variety pack of cupcakes for my husband's birthday and they exceeded expectations! My mother in law's birthday was the following week, and she was gifted a pack of cupcakes from Cupcake Therapy so we got to try even more flavors than what is pictured. Every flavor we had on both occasions was delicious; our personal favorites were strawberry, peach, apple, Oreo and birthday cake. I originally tried my order on its website, but you cannot pay online. I then tried my order via the Yelp app. Unsurprisingly, the prices from Yelp order is higher than its website. It's common practice (higher charges on a third party platform), so I was fine with it. The Yelp app gave me an estimate on the order time, but didn't provide completion updates. By the time I got there, my food was already ready and waiting for me. The owner (I think) greeted me warmly. The food is very good! The price isn't "cheap", but you are supporting local businesses.
