“What a lovely experience. We showed up with a party of seven and despite it being crowded and busy, the very kind older woman was willing to scrap together some chairs and tables for us to sit as a family. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was awesome. Highly recommend dining here, but the place is small so I recommend calling ahead!“
“Absolute fire. Every single thing. I tried the chicken thigh, catfish, yellow rice, collard greens, Mac and cheese, yams, cornbread and the banana pudding. Every single thing was so delicious and clearly made with love and skills. Thank you Addi Lee for feeding and teaching your family. Thank you to the owner for this delicious food. I unfortunately do not live close, but will be dying to go here whenever nearby. RUN do not walk to Addi Lee’s Soul Food.The one thing that could use improvement is the takeout containers. Everything kinda spilled liquid out of the trays while traveling, but that’s just a minor inconvenience to attain this food.“
“Freakin incredible BBQ!!! Completely blows away the stuff found on the other side of town. Friendly and inviting crew. There wasn't anything I ordered that was short of amazing. These guys have some nicely dialed in flavors that hit just right. Obviously the meats were mind blowing but I appreciate the often overlooked details like their sauce. Super balanced with just the right touch of tang. The cucumber salad is fresh af. I like that the line is literally right there when you walk in. Chef obviously has a good time showing off massive pieces of smoked meat he is about to carve. We will be back for more!“
“Walked in for dinner it seemed to have more of a bar vibe so was hesitant to order meals we got the steak tips they were great and cooked the way we ordered them and fries and vegetables where spot on. Glad we stopped will be back. The outdoor bar space looked cool plenty of pool tables and a karaoke set up going on. Bartender was great.“
