I stop by this Dunkin often because it is the only one on my commute to work but I'm starting to lose my patience. Particularly with the male employee who wears a sideways hat. Whenever he is working I see him throwing bags of food around and he always hands me my food in a crushed up bag.On multiple occasions, they have handed me my drink at the drive-thru window but not my food. This was a frustrating, wasted trip. The doors were locked at 5:30-6:00 PM when I was trying to get a gift card and mug. I figured they were short staffed so I would try the drive thru. There was no response there either although a vehicle was in front of me and they went right to the window after waiting five minutes at the microphone. **Allergy alert!**People here seem nice, but I will never go back. I have a nut allergy, said so on my order, got a bacon egg and cheese and a matcha latte with skim milk. I roll up to the window, sure enough I see a girl pouring a blue bottle into my matcha. I ask the girl at the window if that was almond milk, she checks the the one who poured it, and says yup!
