**Allergy alert!**People here seem nice, but I will never go back. I have a nut allergy, said so on my order, got a bacon egg and cheese and a matcha latte with skim milk. I roll up to the window, sure enough I see a girl pouring a blue bottle into my matcha. I ask the girl at the window if that was almond milk, she checks the the one who poured it, and says yup! Then hands it to me. I had to explain how I said skim milk and a nut allergy and they remade it. Had I literally not have been the only one in line and seen it, I could have possibly died on my way to work.I've already received bacon egg and cheese sandwiches with chunks of bagels in the same wrap like they just took whatever came out of the toaster and threw it in. Allergies don't seem to be a concern, so I don't seem to be a customer any more.

I stop by this Dunkin often because it is the only one on my commute to work but I'm starting to lose my patience. Particularly with the male employee who wears a sideways hat. Whenever he is working I see him throwing bags of food around and he always hands me my food in a crushed up bag.On multiple occasions, they have handed me my drink at the drive-thru window but not my food. So I wait patiently at the window since I assume their still working on it, only for someone to come to the window 5 minutes later ask me what I need and then I'll see my food was right next to the window the whole time.I have worked in fast food in the past, and I know it can be a grueling and unpleasant job - but I have to think if these employees put just a little bit more care into their work, it might make things run a little smoother for them.

I gave one rating as a courtesy for serving food. Rude people and they don’t know how to greet customers. One of the worst Dunkin’s location I have been to.

Don't take this Dunkin for granted! No Dunkins outside of New England operate this well. Even at their worst, this Dunkin is 10x better than one in Atlanta!

This was a frustrating, wasted trip. The doors were locked at 5:30-6:00 PM when I was trying to get a gift card and mug. I figured they were short staffed so I would try the drive thru. There was no response there either although a vehicle was in front of me and they went right to the window after waiting five minutes at the microphone. It looked like they were talking to someone inside but I didn't want to hang around to see. By then I had had enough and just drove off.It would have been nice to have a note on the door letting folks know the situation. This was my first time at this DD location and after this, it may be my last.

My friend and i came in to get the new Christmas drinks and i saw the iced cookie latte. Latte was key word. I ordered it and the girl gave me a cookie butter cold brew and i thought no biggie ill just ask someone else if i can get the latte i orderd so that girl didnt feel embarrassed. So a tall kinda magenta hair girl came over and asked if she can help i said “yes i orderd the spiced cookie latte” she stares at me and goes “the ice spice drink?” And i thought she miss heard me so i try to say nicely “no the cookie latte” while i point to the sign saying “new spiced cookie latte” and she dosent even turn around to look at what im pointing at to clear it up and goes “no its a sign malfunction its a cookie coldbrew” when the cookie coldbrew was on the other side of the menu. So i decided to compromise and say “okay can i just get some cream and sugar in my drink then?” And every worker in the front gave me and my friend a nasty stare like i just said something horrible. I am a fast food worker and i can understand when customers are difficult but please dont act rude when a customer is genuinely trying to fix their order please.

UPDATE:AN ALL-TIME LOW AT THE DRIVE,-THRU!!!Today I ordered on their mobile app, around dinner time. 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns, 2 sides bacon, and a coffee.Got there (not busy) and they gave me just the coffee. "Where's the rest of my order?" I asked. "Sorry, but we threw away the ticket." So I showed them my receipt, still active on my phone."Sorry, but we're out of croissants.""A bagel is fine.""Sorry, but we're out of bagels.""How about just toast?"(Blank stares).After a long wait, I was handed a bag that contained only HALF my order, but was absolutely stuffed with wadded up napkins to make the bag look full. Seems they were hoping that I would just drive away without checking.While I've been shorted at the drive thru at other restaurants before, I've never seen a SCAM like that!Shame on you, Dunkin.Old review, 6 years earlier:Dunkins is ubiquitous in Massachusetts, and this is your typical store with drive-thru.Check your order before driving away - they have screwed up my coffee order a few times lately.

I have a deep appreciation for Dunkin and its delicious food offerings, not to mention the generally friendly atmosphere fostered by their dedicated staff. Unfortunately, my recent visit was marred by a singular employee, Ari, recognizable by their distinctive purple hair and petite stature. Ari's negative attitude left a lasting impact on my day. It's disheartening to witness them spending a significant amount of time on their phone or engaged in casual conversations while on break, seemingly detached from their responsibilities. Moreover, Ari has been involved in unnecessary conflicts and disputes during the few interactions I've had with them. This behavior tends to escalate rapidly, even over trivial matters, which can be quite perplexing. Overall, Dunkin remains a wonderful establishment with diligent employees, but I believe it would benefit from addressing Ari's conduct.
